Pedi os lanches para delivery, e me deram prazo de 40 minutos para a entrega. Não foi cumprido.
Após 1 hora, fui pessoalmente buscar meus lanches, e ainda precisei esperar mais 20 minutos no balcão até ficarem prontos.
O tempo total de 1:20m entre o pedido feito e a retirada na loja nem é tão ruim. Mas poderiam ter esclarecido no ato do pedido que iria demorar, e não prometer entregar na metade do tempo que de fato ocorreria.
O hambúrguer é bom, mas precisa ter mais clareza no ato do pedido, pois o tempo de entrega costuma ser um dos fatores para decisão de onde pedir, e precisa ser deixado claro no momento do pedido.
 Although the burger was good, my experience was pretty bad.
I ordered the snacks for delivery, and they gave me 40 minutes for delivery. It was not fulfilled.
After 1 hour, I personally went to get my snacks, and I still had to wait another 20 minutes at the counter for them to be ready.
The total time of 1:20m between placing an order and picking it up from the store isn't too bad. But they could have clarified in the act of ordering that it would take time, and not promise to deliver in half the time that would actually take place.
The hamburger is good, but it needs to be more clear when ordering, as delivery time is usually one of the factors in deciding where to order, and it needs to be made clear at the time of ordering.
