Programas de fidelidade. Nao deixam a desejar em nada por enquanto.
Quedas de conexão são raras e duram pouco tempo.
Não são burocraticos e ainda se mostram bastante flexíveis. Dão valor ao cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antigamente quando era Via Norte o atendimento era excelente. Passou para Megamax atendimento horrível, suporte financeiro totalmente perdido, cortam sua internet sem prévio aviso. Sinceramente não sei se está valendo a pena continuar.
In the past, when it was Via Norte, the service was excellent. Megamax went to horrible customer service, financial support totally lost, cut off his internet without prior notice. I honestly don't know if it is worth continuing.

Venho comunicar que estou sem utilizar os serviços de Internet desde sábado por volta das 20:00 até o dia de domingo.
Por motivos que eu como consumidora do
serviços de vocês desconheço.
Tentei contato com a operadora megamax, mas não tive resultado algum. Pois a mesma não presta nenhum tipo de suporte técnico aos clientes no fim de semana
Sendo assim qualquer problema que aconteça nesse período o cliente fica completamente sem respaldo do provedor.
Em resumo gostaria de saber como fica a situação de seus clientes incluindo a mim que ficou sem a conexão o fim de semana inteiro?
E qual é a providência que o provedor megamax pretende fazer em relação a esse tipo de acontecimento?
Pretendem finalmente realizar suporte para seus clientes aos finais de semana?

I come to report that I am not using the Internet services from Saturday around 20:00 until Sunday.
For reasons that I as a consumer of
services of yours unaware.
I tried contacting the operator megamax, but had no result. Because it does not provide any kind of technical support to customers over the weekend.
Thus any problem that happens during this period the customer is completely without support from the provider.
In short, would you like to know how your customers are doing, including me who was disconnected all weekend?
And what action does the megamax provider intend to do regarding this type of event?
