★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No começo até que era boa, mas de uns 3 meses pra cá toda noite é uma nova raiva que passo. Se quer contratar internet para jogar, esquece! Quando jogava, utilizava os dados do celular. Hoje só quero para redes sociais/trabalho/filmes, mas tenho que fazer isso a tarde, pq a noite é quase impossível. De tanto que entrei em contato com o SAC, já tenho todos os procedimentos decorados. Protocolos de atendimento? Tenho aos montes. As falas são sempre as mesmas e em nada resolvem. Já possuo duas reclamações na Anatel e ainda assim a internet continua horrível. Infelizmente na minha região são os únicos que atuam.
 At first it was good, but for about 3 months here every night is a new anger that I pass. If you want to hire internet to play, forget it! When I played, I used my cell phone data. Today I only want for social networks / work / movies, but I have to do it in the afternoon, because the night is almost impossible. Since I got in touch with SAC, I already have all the procedures decorated. Service protocols? I have loads. The lines are always the same and do not solve anything. I already have two complaints at Anatel and yet the internet remains horrible. Unfortunately in my region they are the only ones who work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No início mil maravilhas, uma boa velocidade de conexão e etc... Hoje em dia uma baixa velocidade e muita instabilidade. Mandei e-mail relatando o fato, e eles respondem outra coisa, achando que somos besta, só para não resolver, enfim, não recomendo

Internet keeps dropping, it gets bad on Friday and always on Saturday afternoon it stops working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro no Riviera e a internet é péssima! Não funciona. Fica mais tempo sem funcionar do que funcionando. A gente tenta ligar e demora demais para falar com algum atendente. Sinceramente está difícil!

Priorizo por valorizar o comércio local, mas está difícil @viaon.
