Atendimento ruim,demoram dias pra responder.
Meu notebook foi para arrumar o pino inventaram que estava sem componentes. a placa mae,não fizeram checagem de como chegou, não fizeram vídeos nem fotos. Não dá para confiar ,péssimo local, se quiser dor de cabeça é o lugar correto

My notebook went to fix the pin they invented that was out of components. the motherboard, they didn't check how it arrived, they didn't make videos or photos. You can't trust it, bad place, if you want a headache it's the right place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Então deixei meu notebook na sexta feira de manhã para formatar . E pedir para que se tivesse como deixa ele pronto para sábado eles falaram que sim . Fui lá de manhã nada . Mandou eu volta 12:40 chego lá . Fala que só vai fica pronto só segunda . Por conta de lentidão . Blzz entendi mais se eu entreguei na sexta de manhã pq fala que vai fica pronto no sábado e não fica e manda eu volta de novo e chego lá fala que só segunda . Eu moro outro lado da cidade no final da Gurilândia quase perto esntrada de Pinda fui lá de baike duas vezes para chegar e fazer uma sacanagem dessa .
E outra não me responde no WhatsApp se não e eu fica mandando mensagem ou ligar para eles , ele não falam dana . Mando mensagem não responde quando responde só depôs de 3 horas . Mandei mensagem falando que estava indo eles falaram ok falou que posso ir para chegar lá nao está pronto aí fica difícil . Então atendimento e pesimo. E o prazo Nei se fala mais e isso. Espero que melhoras e fica mais atento no whatsapp.

Blzz I understood more if I delivered it on Friday morning because it says it will be ready on Saturday and it doesn't stay and sends me back again and when I get there it says only Monday. I live on the other side of town at the end of Gurilândia almost close to Pinda's entrance.
And another one doesn't answer me on WhatsApp if not and I keep texting or calling them, they don't say dana. I send a message, they don't respond when they only respond after 3 hours. I sent a message saying I was going they said ok said I can go to get there it's not ready so it's difficult. So service and pesimo. And the term Nei is talked about more and that. I hope you get better and stay more attentive on whatsapp.
