The gym is wonderful, has its own parking and the professionals are excellent, always very helpful and competent! I Love! I've been there for about a year and I love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim não compreende cituaçoes como foi a minha e de minha família um caso grave de saúde não podemos frequentar a academia e pedimos para passar as mensalidades que pagamos para o mês seguinte já que não tínhamos usados mesmo não recebendo as regras do contrato se negaram a fazer isso e total descaso não tiveram nem a gentileza de ligar para saber se ficamos satisfeitos ou não se poderia fazer algo para amenizar o prejuízo financeiro de 3 matrículas mensais muito decepcionante a falta de tratamento humanizado com seus clientes
Bad service does not include citations such as mine and my family was a serious health case we cannot attend the gym and we asked to pass the monthly fees we paid for the following month since we had not used it even not receiving the contract rules they refused to doing this and total neglect were not even kind enough to call to see if we were satisfied or if something could be done to mitigate the financial loss of 3 monthly enrollments, very disappointing the lack of humanized treatment with their customers
