★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Não atendem o telefone, horário muito curto para atendimento ( 3h e meia por dia em apenas 4 dias da semana) e mesmo no atendimento presencial não nos ajudam efetivamente.
Terrible service! They do not answer the phone, very short hours for care (3 and a half a day in only 4 days of the week) and even in the face-to-face service they do not help us effectively.

I've been trying for days to get in touch by phone. I follow the hours indicated on the website as being open. Nobody ever answered. Why provide a number if this form of contact does not work?

Do you have a consulate in Ribeirão? I've been trying to get in touch for months and I can't. In-person do not attend due to the pandemic. Only this body that does not attend in person. The rest of the country is in attendance. By phone, just call. So, I await an answer.
