★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fechei um pacote Em novembro de 2019, fiz o pagamento de 100% do álbum, e até hoje não recebi nem as fotos para escolher. Ressalto que trata se um pacote de uma festa do abc, onde várias pessoas da turma estão passando pela as mesma dificuldades. Diante disto, não perca seu tempo e seu dinheiro, procure profissionais que tenham mais respeito pelo consumidor.
 Terrible attendance. I closed a package In November 2019, I paid for 100% of the album, and even today I haven't even received the photos to choose from. I emphasize that this is a package for an ABC party, where several people in the class are going through the same difficulties. Given this, do not waste your time and money, look for professionals who have more respect for the consumer.

I've been waiting for the graduation mass photos for over 7 months. You try to contact them but are simply ignored. There is no estimated delivery date. Terrible! And look, it's already paid.

Contrato sobre fotos da turma de Medicina fechado em outubro de 2021 - pago há muito tempo - e até agora ZERO notícias. O prazo no contrato não condiz com a realidade, pois não houve outros eventos da turma e a falta de atendimento (simplesmente não respondem as mensagens no WhatsApp) levam a crer que simplesmente sumiram com o material e que não vão entregar! Se paga caro por um serviço, facilmente respondem na hora de pagar, mas para tirar dúvidas e realizar o DEVIDO ATENDIMENTO AO CLIENTE, não o fazem! ABSURDO. Uma estrela é o mínimo nessa avaliação, mas ainda é muito.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! I do not recommend this company to anyone because the disappointment is certain. Medical class photo contract closed in October 2021 - paid for a long time - and so far ZERO news. The term in the contract does not match reality, as there were no other events in the class and the lack of service (they simply do not respond to messages on WhatsApp) lead to believe that they simply disappeared with the material and that they will not deliver! If you pay dearly for a service, they easily respond when you pay, but to ask questions and perform the DUE CUSTOMER SERVICE, they don't! ABSURD. One star is the minimum in this rating, but it's still a lot.
