★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local com muito espaço mais falta a agilidade no atendimento e informação correta, pois fui retirar um material e simplesmente fiquei esperando 50 minutos aguardando o material e nenhum funcionario sabia explicar o porque da demora, até que um funcionario verificou que já era quase 18:00 horas e o estabelecimento iria fechar e o material não estava pronto, simplesmente por que a maquina que corta a fita estava quebrada e ninguem sabia o que fazer para liberar o material. e o pedido ja estava feito a 24 horas.
Place with a lot of space but lack of agility in service and correct information, because I went to remove a material and I simply waited 50 minutes waiting for the material and no employee could explain the reason for the delay, until an employee verified that it was almost 18:00 hours and the establishment would close and the material was not ready, simply because the machine that cuts the tape was broken and nobody knew what to do to release the material. and the order was already placed 24 hours ago.
