★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento.A CAIXA é grossa e sem educação,antipática mesmo.Vendedoras não informam que compras acima de 100,00 tem preço de atacado o que estimularia o cliente a comprar mais.Paguei 60,00 por uma peça que custava 45,00 no atacado.Fui reclamar e a mal humorada da caixa jogou algo no chão com tanta violência pra mostrar sua irritação ,que assustou todos que estavam no interior da loja.Não recomendo
Bad service. The BOX is thick and uneducated, even unfriendly. Sellers do not report that purchases over 100.00 have a wholesale price which would encourage the customer to buy more. I paid 60.00 for a piece that cost 45.00 in the I was complaining and the moody cashier threw something on the floor with such violence to show her irritation, which scared everyone inside the store. I don't recommend

Na semana passada separei varias peças, as que mais precisava eram os conjuntos de brinco e colar, antes de fechar confirmei com a vendedora e avisei que sem os conjuntos não finalizaria o pedido pq as outras peças eram coisas que não tinha tanto interesse. A vendedora confirmou os conjuntos e para minha surpresa quando recebi eles ontem havia apenas um.
Very bad experience, for those who buy whats for Zorik. Last week I separated several pieces, the most needed were the sets of earring and necklace, before closing I confirmed with the saleswoman and I warned that without the sets would not finalize the request because the other pieces were things that was not so much interest. The saleswoman confirmed the sets and to my surprise when I received them yesterday there was only one.
