★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me venderam o produto errado e não aceitaram trocar e nem a devolução. O fabricio , proprietario conversou cmg pelo whats e combinou de encontrar cmg na loja para fazermos a devolução do produto e não apareceu. Atendente super mal educada. Horrivel experiencia. Não recomendo jamais.
They sold me the wrong product and refused to exchange or return it. The fabricio, owner talked cmg by whats and agreed to find cmg in the store to make the product return and did not show up. Super rude attendant. Horrible experience. I never recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendei um anel e levei o modelo. Uma semana depois ao pegar o anel, percebi q o anel estava diferente do modelo q eu pedi pra fazer, decidi deixar pra lá. Dias depois levei o anel pra apertar, eles me cobraram uma taxa de 15 reais, e qndo fui pegar o anel a gravação estava apagada. Tive q esperar eles gravar pra levar meu anel. Não gostei do atendimento nem do serviço.
I ordered a ring and took the model. A week later when I got the ring, I realized that the ring was different from the model I asked to do, I decided to let it go. Days later I took the ring to tighten, they charged me a fee of 15 reais, and when I went to get the ring the recording was erased. I had to wait for them to record to take my ring. I did not like the service or the service.

Passou duas semanas para ir pegar, fui peguei no outro dia levei de volta pois tinha entrado água, levei de volta. Com uma semana fui pegar e na outra semana já deu problema de novo. E hoje vou levar de novo. Obs: paguei $130,00 .toda vez que vou lá é de ônibus ida e volta tá saindo caro. Falta de respeito. complementando o assunto hoje dia 28/10/2020 o relógio parou de novo. Caso de policia ou advogado?
I do not recommend. I took my wife's watch to give a review to change the battery, a general glass. It took two weeks to get it, I got it the other day I took it back because water had come in, I took it back. With a week I went to get it and the next week it was a problem again. And today I will take it again. Note: I paid $ 130.00. Every time I go there it is by bus and it is getting expensive. Eu respondi se é aço fui enganado, porquê você me vendeu como prata da última vez. Enfim fiquei na dúvida sobre o produto.
I bought a wedding ring like silver, went back to make another one and asked how much it would be worth what I bought earlier. The same saleswoman asked me if it was not steel, because it was light. I replied if it is steel I was cheated, because you sold me like silver last time. Anyway I was in doubt about the product.
