★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em contra-resposta ao estabelecimento, que afirmou que cometi um equívoco, reafirmo que a cobrança feita foi no valor de 5 reais e não 2 e que em nenhum momento me foi passada a informação de que eu teria a opção de fazer a retirada na loja (tenho toda a conversa devidamente registrada no whatsapp para comprovar minhas palavras). Minha intenção aqui como cliente não é denegrir a imagem de nenhum estabelecimento mas, sim, expor a verdade dos fatos. E a verdade é que eu recebi uma pizza fria mesmo morando em frente e não tive qualquer diminuição do valor da taxa em função do endereço tão próximo. Essa é a verdade e se necessário for, exponho aqui o print do zap e a foto do extrato com o nome do lugar e valor que foi pago a eles. Abaixo está o relato do que me ocorreu que pode ser útil a outras pessoas.?
Na semana do natal pedi uma pizza que em si não estava tão ruim, mas minha indignação é por terem me cobrado duas taxas: uma tx de de 5 reais de entrega (sendo que eu moro na porta deles, no número 510) e mais outra de 5 por eu ter pago em débito. No fim, paguei 10 a mais numa pizza que mesmo estando de frente para minha porta ainda conseguiu chegar fria e sem nenhum catchup ou maionese pra acompanhar.
Dias depois paguei o mesmo valor em outra pizzaria mais longe por uma pizza ainda maior, que chegou quente, com mais recheio e que veio com todos os acompanhamentos.

And the truth is that I received a cold pizza even though I lived across the street and I didn't have any reduction of the fee due to the address so close. On Christmas week I ordered a pizza that was not so bad in itself, but my indignation is because they charged me two fees: a tx of 5 reais for delivery (since I live at their door, at number 510) and another out of 5 for paying in debt. In the end, I paid 10 more for a pizza that even though I was facing my door still managed to arrive cold and without any ketchup or mayonnaise to go with it.
Days later I paid the same amount in another pizzeria further away for an even bigger pizza, which arrived hot, with more filling and that came with all the side dishes.
