★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha foi furar o nariz e escolheu o pirceg menor e comprou dois brincos, pagou tudo só que não deram a sacolinha com os brincos. Subiu pra furar e não gostou pq a jóia era bem maior. Quando retornou pra falar que não queria e que não tinha pego os brincos a sacolinha não foi encontrada. Devolverão o valor do furo, porém os R$35,00 dos brincos perdeu.
 My daughter went to get her nose pierced and chose the smallest pirceg and bought two earrings, paid for everything but they didn't give the little bag with the earrings. He went up to drill and didn't like it because the jewel was much bigger. When he returned to say that he did not want to and that he had not taken the earrings, the bag was not found. They will refund the value of the hole, but the R$35.00 for the earrings was lost.

Super animada para colocar um piercing no septo.
Perfeito, preenchi a ficha e subi.
O primeiro furo ficou totalmente tortoooo, horrível, a body piercing sugeriu furar de novo, aceitei, ficou pior.
Mas estava tão dolorido que eu não ia aguentar fazer um terceiro furo no mesmo local...
Sem contar que ela fez a marcação de um lado só, e furou fora dela rs
Vou tentar resolver, mas acredito que pelos comentários que li, não vou ter sucesso.
Estou decepcionada, 50$ jogado fora.

Super excited to get a septum piercing.
Perfect, I filled out the form and went upstairs.
The first hole was totally crooked, horrible, the body piercing suggested drilling again, I accepted, it got worse.
But it was so sore that I couldn't stand to drill a third hole in the same place...
Not to mention that she did the marking on one side only, and it stuck out of it lol
I'll try to solve it, but I believe that from the comments I read, I won't be successful.
I'm disappointed, 50$ wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no dia 12/12/21 Péssimo em questão de perfuração. Pra início de conversa pelo que entendi a perfuracao e feita na parte de cima, quando chega você não vê o profissional não vê o ambiente que vai ser feito o procedimento, não conversa com o mesmo.. nada ...
A moça que me atendeu no meio da loja tudo bem mais aparentemente era funcionará nova mais a que ela foi tirar as dúvidas mal olhava na minha cara mal conversou comigo e já foi me perguntando como que eu ia pagar e pegando a maquininha , perguntei se tinha fotos do trabalho do profissional e disse que não, mandando eu preencher já umas perguntas sem ao menos conversar direito , nunca mais volto e não indico a ninguém .

Porém jamais indicaria esse lugar furei a orelha segui todas as recomendações, porém a orelha infeccionou pelo fato de me venderem uma bijuteria qualquer em vez do bendito aço cirúrgico ou prata. E olha que perguntei MT pra atendente se estava certo pois tenho alergia. Mais mesmo assim a preguiça e MA vontade falou mais alto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui retirar um piercing e a profissional body piercing foi extremamente simpática, educada, local higienizado, atendimento rápido, sem agressividade. Isso é raro. Geralmente encontramos profissionais grosseiros, de cara fechada, agressivos, de mal com a vida. Nunca furei com ela, mas imagino que seja o mesmo cuidado. A atendente da loja trabalha bem também. Liguei antes para me informar sobre o procedimento e obtive as informações necessárias de forma clara e precisa. Dei uma olhada também nas joias para comprar, ótimo custo benefício, levei um colar para presente que ainda está em ótimo estado mesmo com três meses de uso. Os anéis super demoram a escurecer e as pulseiras também demoram. No shopping Aricanduva, a loja é de fácil acesso, supere rápida de encontrar. Tenho Só pontos positivos para elencar. Para quem procura bijuterias a preço acessível este é um bom lugar. Super recomendo. Obrigada!

We usually find rude professionals, with a closed face, aggressive, bad with life. I've never stuck with it, but I imagine it's the same care. The store clerk works well too. I called ahead to inform myself about the procedure and got the necessary information clearly and accurately. I also took a look at the jewelry to buy, great value for money, I took a necklace as a gift that is still in great condition even after three months of use. The super rings take time to darken and the bracelets also take time. At the Aricanduva mall, the store is easily accessible, super quick to find. I have only positive points to list. For those looking for affordable jewelry this is a good place. I highly recommend. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na sexta feira dia 03/06/2022 as 19:17 estive na loja Vitória Regia, localizada no shopping Aricanduva para colocação de um piercing e para que fosse realizada a manutenção em outro, o atendimento péssimo, atendentes totalmente despreparadas para atendimento ao publico, realizei o pagamento da perfuração e joia, e também da manutenção da que já tinha, quando fui realizar os procedimentos mais uma vez me deparei com um péssimo atendimento, a profissional super mal educada, fez apenas a perfuração e me dispensou, informei que havia mais um procedimento ela utilizou dos mesmos materiais, mexeu no meu piercing e retirou, disse que não podia coloca-lo no lugar e encerrou o atendimento. Voltei a recepção para que fosse estornado o valor do procedimento não realizado e fui intimidada por 3 funcionarias incluindo a gerente, dizendo que não iria devolver o dinheiro pois a profissional havia tocado em mim, e gasto materiais, porem foram os mesmos usados no procedimento anterior. Desejo ressarcimento do valor pago, no procedimento não realizado. desde já agradeço
