A ração foi pedida ao meio dia, e nas vezes que eu liguei cobrando disseram que "já estava separada". E agora? O que eu vou dar para eles comerem? Minha gata come uma ração específica! Um absurdo! Lembrando que não é a primeira vez que isso acontece! Não confio no serviço de entrega, é desrespeitoso!

They didn't deliver my pets' rations! I got home at 20h and there is no call to buy! The ration was ordered at noon, and the times I called and charged they said that "it was already separated". And now? What am I going to give them to eat? My cat eats a specific food! Nonsense! Remembering that this is not the first time this has happened! I don't trust the delivery service, it's disrespectful!
