Minha cachorra não queria comer e infelizmente foi levada para lá na segunda feira, foi feito um exame de sangue que o resultado ficaria pronto terça-feira as 10:00 da manhã ja era mais de 12:00 e nada desse resultado chegar.. E quando chegou meu pai levou a cachorra pra saber o resultado nem tiveram o trabalho de examinar a coitada de novo, simplesmente passaram um monte de remédio e falaram que ela ficaria boa, hoje quarta feira a cachorra morreu sem nem ter tempo de começar o tratamento.. Quem tem seus bichinhos e querem cuidar deles passem bem longe dessa clínica dessas pessoas que só trabalham por dinheiro e não por amor.. Descaso, desrespeito e negligência é o que define esse lugar pra mim...
Today I lost a family member the total neglect that occurred in this clinic certainly contributed a lot. My dog did not want to eat and unfortunately was taken there on Monday, a blood test was done and the result would be ready Tuesday at 10:00 in the morning it was already more than 12:00 and nothing of that result arrived .. And when it arrived my father took the dog to know the result nor did they have the trouble of examining the poor thing again, they simply passed on a lot of medicine and they said she would be fine, today the dog died without even having time to start the treatment .. Those who have pets and want to take care of them, stay away from this clinic of those people who only work for money and not for love. disrespect and neglect is what defines this place for me ...
