★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio residencial de apartamentos, com um, dois ou tres quartos. Possui elevador, portaria 24 horas, ambiente limpo e agradavel, familiar. Possui infraestrutura de clube com campo de futebol society, outro de volei, pista de bici-cross infantil, half de skate, parque infantil salão de festas, salão de jogos, academia, 2 quiosque com churrasqueira e freezer.
Existem algumas restrições: não pode instalar ar-condicionado no 3 quarto, não pode ser split, receber uma visita com carro é um transtorno medonho pois o morador tem que ir na portaria autorizar acesso, mesmo existindo interfone, são detalhes que incomodam muito mas seguirá assim enquanto os moradores não mudarem o sindico. Aliás é o unico que não larga osso, todos que entraram no passado tiveram problemas é optaram por desistir
