Algumas enfermeiras e atendentes são atenciosos mas a alimentação é deficiente, a limpeza deixa a desejar e os idosos não são respeitados na sua individualidade, obrigados a procedimentos e sem um programa de recreação, que faz com que a vida deles seja tediosa.
The place could be beautiful but it is badly treated. Some nurses and attendants are attentive but the food is poor, the cleaning leaves something to be desired and the elderly are not respected in their individuality, obliged to procedures and without a recreation program, which makes their lives tedious.
