Ocorre q a data prevista p entrega do imovel foi dezembro de 2017 e até hj n tenho previsão de entrega do mesmo. toda vez q vou até o decorado a informação q tenho é que essa semana entrarão em contato para fz a vistoria, mas isso nunca acontece. E sobre a Construtora Agnus Dei n tem sede propria e ja se mudou por duas vezes. Hj ela esta no proprio decorado Vida Feliz Condominio Clube. Obtive a informação de q o endereço e fone são os mesmos do decorado. E quando nos dirigimos até lá ninguém sabe dizer data de entrega. Ou seja n sabemos a quem recorrer. Ainda tive a oportunidade de ver a obra e percebo q n ha condições de habitabilidade pois é um canteiro de obras. comprei a primeira etapa e ainda serão construídas a segunda e terceira etapas e, provavelmente, a construção total do empreendimento lá para 2021. Quanto ao habite-se soube q ainda n há e, dessa forma, n se pode morar no empreendimento. Sinto-me lesada e enganada!!! Só enrolação...

I got the information that the address and phone are the same as the decorated one. And when we go there, nobody knows how to say the delivery date. In other words, we don't know who to turn to. I still had the opportunity to see the work and I realize that there are no living conditions as it is a construction site. I bought the first stage and the second and third stages will still be built and, probably, the total construction of the project by 2021. As for the inhabitants, it was known that there is still no and, therefore, one cannot live in the enterprise. I feel injured and cheated !!! Just bullshit ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quem estiver pensando em comprar um apartamento dessa construtora, não compre, pois irá se arrepender. falta de profissionalismo, não cumpre o que promete, não faz nem o básico. Tudo muito mal feito, fora do prazo, nenhuma satisfação concreta, muita mentira, ou seja so decepção. A data para entrega era 31/12/2017 até hoje não foi entregue, e ainda querem que a gente receba o apartamento mal feito do jeito que está e querem que a gente assine um acordo de que nós mesmo vamos pagar para reparar os erros deles, sendo que já pagamos para a construtora construir um condomínio no mínimo decente para residir.
Condomínio Clube uma piada, porque a piscina é do tamanho de uma banheira, quando todas as etapas forem entregues vai precisar fazer racionamento do uso.
Anyone thinking of buying an apartment from this construction company, do not buy, because you will regret it. lack of professionalism, does not deliver what it promises, does not even the basics. All very badly done, out of time, no concrete satisfaction, much lie, or just disappointment. The delivery date was 12/31/2017 until today it has not been delivered, and they still want us to receive the badly done apartment the way it is and they want us to sign an agreement that we will pay to fix their mistakes ourselves and we already paid the builder to build a condo at least decent to live in.
Condo Club a joke, because the pool is the size of a bathtub, when all steps are delivered will need to ration the use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa comprou um apartamento dessa empresa que era pra entregar em Julho do ano passado, não entregaram até agora e não dão nenhuma informação para os clientes. A gente liga, vai lá e ninguém nos diz quando será entregue. Não recomendamos essa construtora para ninguém.
My wife bought an apartment from this company that was supposed to be delivered in July last year, they haven't delivered so far and they don't give any information to customers. We call, go there and nobody tells us when it will be delivered. We do not recommend this builder to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seria um bom lugar para se morar se essa construtora tivesse compromisso com seus clientes infelizmente não tem, um ano e meio chegando para dois de atraso e até hoje não sabem quando vão entregar a segunda etapa, não aconselho ninguém adquirir essa dor de cabeça não dão satisfação nenhuma para os clientes.
It would be a good place to live if this construction company had a commitment to its customers unfortunately it does not have a year and a half arriving for two late and even today they do not know when they will deliver the second stage, I do not advise anyone to acquire this headache they do not give no satisfaction for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio é muito aconchegante, porém a empresa deixa a desejar com a entrega, sem prazos. Sou da primeira etapa, e atrasaram mais de 2 anos, a segunda etapa sem previsão, a "culpa" covid, "desculpa" na verdade.
The condo is very cozy, but the company leaves something to be desired with delivery, without deadlines. I am from the first stage, and they delayed more than 2 years, the second stage without prediction, the "guilt" covid, "sorry" in fact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O empreendimento em si é excelente, mas se quem estiver pensando em comprar um empreendimento a uma empresa séria, pontual, que cumpre o que fala, pensa no cliente e no pós venda, CORRAM, nós clientes que compramos o apartamento da segunda etapa estamos esperando desde 2018, não adianta dizer que foi a pandemia que não entregaram em 2018 pondo a culpa na Caixa Econômica através de uma carta informando que seria entregue em 2019, a pandemia iniciou em março de 2020 e até hoje nada de entrega, pra completar, quando chegamos na recepção a procura de informações, ninguém sabe de nada e nunca tem responsável para nos dar uma explicação. Totalmente insatisfeito.

Quem quiser dor de cabeça e não saber quando vai ser entregue um apartamento, fique a vontade para comprar!
