★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, pior que SUS. Dizem que é com hora marcada, você chega com antecedência e tem que esperar horas. Médica bastante arrogante, e pra piorar, você liga, tiram o telefone do gancho e você fica ouvido vozes do ambiente até se cansar e desligar, isso quando não dá ocupado direto.
Sem contar que durante a longa espera a cardiologista por várias vezes repreende as pessoas conversando na sala de espera, sendo que todos conversavam em tom normal.
Horrible, worse than SUS. They say it's time, you arrive in advance and you have to wait hours. Medical arrogant enough, and worse, you call, take the phone off the hook and you hear voices from the environment until you get tired and off, that when it does not give direct direct.
Not to mention that during the long wait the cardiologist repeatedly reprimands the people talking in the waiting room, being that everyone was talking in a normal tone.

Ana Alice) abre a porta do consultório e ordena que todos parem de conversar porque está atrapalhando a concentração dela. Achei deselegante a forma dela falar. Imagino que a clinica tenha algum problema de acústica porque não tinha ninguém falando tão alto. As pessoas são obrigadas a ficarem mudas durante toda LONGA espera. As atendentes e técnicas são excelentes, mas demonstram o tempo inteiro uma tensão por conta da Dra. Ana Alice (cardiologista infantil) que demonstra uma arrogância e grosseria com todos ao seu redor, totalmente incompatível com o perfil de quem trabalha com saúde, lidando com pessoas.
Na consulta da minha filha de 11 anos, foi feito eletrocardiograma e a doutora a examinou para o risco cirúrgico. A médica solicitou um ecocardiograma para completar os exames e sanar duvidas antes dela prescrever o risco. A doutora pediu para retornar com o ecocardiograma, apenas.
Hoje (13/09), retornei com o ecocardiograma e todos os exames anteriores. A Dra. Ana Alice se recusou a me atender, sequer viu o exame alegando que a paciente (minha filha menor -11 anos) deveria estar presente para que ela pudesse prescrever o laudo. Perguntei apenas qual seria o motivo da necessidade da presença da minha filha se ela esteve em consulta na semana passada e em momento algum fui orientada para retornar com a minha filha e sim apenas com o exame. A medica alegou que "precisava estar olhando para paciente para escrever e datar no papel o risco cirúrgico".
Gostaria de saber qual a logica desse procedimento?

The first experience (06/09) at this clinic was terrible, the doctor (Dr. Ana Alice) opens the door of the office and orders everyone to stop talking because it is disturbing her concentration. I found the way she spoke to be inelegant. I imagine that the clinic has some problem of acoustics because there was no one speaking so loudly. People are forced to remain silent for the LONG wait. The attendants and technicians are excellent, but they show a constant tension on account of Dr. Ana Alice (child cardiologist) who shows an arrogance and rudeness to everyone around her, totally incompatible with the profile of those who work with health, dealing with people.
At the consultation of my 11-year-old daughter, an electrocardiogram was performed and the doctor examined her for surgical risk. The doctor requested an echocardiogram to complete the exams and clear up doubts before she prescribed the risk. The doctor just asked to return with the echocardiogram.
Today (13/09), I returned with the echocardiogram and all previous exams. Dr. Ana Alice refused to attend me, she did not even see the exam claiming that the patient (my daughter -11 years old) should be present so that she could prescribe the report. I asked only what would be the reason for the need for my daughter's presence if she was in consultation last week and at no time was I advised to return with my daughter, but only with the exam. The doctor claimed that "I needed to be looking at the patient to write and date the surgical risk on paper".
I would like to know the logic of this procedure?
