A ÁGUA DE CÔCO É DILUÍDA E O SUCO DE LARANJA "FRESCO" ESTAVA AZEDO por ficar na geladeira por muitos dias. Comprei em uma terça-feira uma garrafa de suco azedo e fui informada ao efetuar a troca de que o motivo era o tempo de estocagem (o suco havia sido envazado no sábado), o que foi admitido pelo dono à uma funcionária na minha frente. Sem contar os ovos quebrados pela maneira rude como estavam sendo dispostos na prateleira pelo funcionário.

COCONUT WATER IS DILUTED AND "FRESH" ORANGE JUICE WAS Sour from being in the fridge for many days. I bought on a Tuesday a bottle of sour juice and was told to make the change that the reason was the storage time (the juice was envazado on Saturday), which was admitted by the owner to an employee in front of me. Not to mention the broken eggs by the rude way they were being laid on the shelf by the clerk.

Desde já agradecemos suas críticas, pois através delas conseguiremos nos aprimorar cada vez mais.
Entretanto, existem alguns pontos que precisem ser esclarecidos e refutados na sua alegação, para que não haja qualquer dúvida sobre a procedência e qualidade de nossos produtos. Tanto a a água de Coco, como o suco de laranja são itens que devem ser mantidos sob refrigeração. Dentro das condições de armazenagem propícia, eles têm um prazo de validade de 3 a 5 dias. Em dias mais quentes, o indicado é que esses produtos sejam consumidos na hora, ou que eles sejam armazenados imediatamente numa temperatura entre 5° e 10°, do contrário eles podem apresentar variação na cor, no sabor ou até mesmo estragarem, pois se tratam de produtos super perecíveis de origem 100% NATURAL. Nossa água de Coco e suco de laranja, NÃO levam água, conservantes e qualquer tipo de açúcar ou adoçante.
Desde já lhe convidamos a conhecer nossa central de distribuição localizada no CEASA, para que você possa testemunhar com é feito o envase desses produtos, e assim poder desmistificar esses boatos.
Caso haja qualquer tipo de avaria nos ovos, seja no ato da entrega, ou no caso de conter algum ovo quebrado na embalagem devido a imperícia de algum funcionário na estocagem do produto, garantimos que podemos efetuar a troca desse item.
