★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma clínica veterinária de bairro periférico cobrando valores estrondosos, se aproveitando do desespero dos donos dos pets pra cobrar valores obscenos por procedimentos simples. Um absurdo!!!
Quanto ao atendimento, não tenho do que reclamar. Não fora mau educados bem nada. Contudo, não recomendo a ninguém!
Priorizem outras clínicas. Clínicas universitárias ou até mesmo a upa 24hrs que possuem valores populares e prestam um ótimo atendimento!
A veterinary clinic in a peripheral neighborhood charging thunderous values, taking advantage of the desperation of pet owners to charge obscene values for simple procedures. An absurdity!!!
As for the service, I have nothing to complain about. It hadn't been rude at all. However, I don't recommend it to anyone!
Prioritize other clinics. University clinics or even upa 24hrs that have popular values and provide great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, não gostei. Na primeira vez que levei meu cachorro, ele gritou muito. Depois que entrei e fiquei perto, os gritos diminuíram. Pra testar, levei a segunda vez e me arrependi. O local é limpo, vende roupas, produtos de higiene para os pets, a atendente é bem receptiva. Pra mim, o ruim foi o atendimento ao meu cachorro. Minha experiência não foi boa! Isso não significa que a empresa seja ruim.
Unfortunately, I didn't like it. The first time I took my dog, he screamed a lot. Once I got inside and got close, the screaming subsided. To test it, I took it the second time and regretted it. The place is clean, sells clothes, hygiene products for pets, the attendant is very receptive. For me, the bad thing was the care for my dog. My experience was not good! That doesn't mean the company is bad.
