Consegui encontrar um imóvel excelente para alugar, tive e tenho um suporte incrível da equipe (tanto no pré quanto no pós locação, com a Thalita e a Renata). Recomendo demais!
 Excellent real estate, one of the only ones in Campinas that really gave me support, support and suggestions, making pertinent indications about properties, location and infrastructure. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Em Janeiro de 2021, visitei um imóvel disponibilizado para locação pela Vide, que me interessei e fiz uma proposta. Só houve devolutiva da proposta após 3 dias de cobranças de minha parte, ainda com a resposta de que a proprietária do imóvel não aceitaria uma das modalidades mais comuns de garantia locatícia, sendo que eu havia questionado durante a visita se a mesma seria aceita e só me foi informado que não após a devolutiva da proposta enviada. Não me ofereceram outras opções de imóveis. Com certeza não volto a procurar essa imobiliária e não recomendo. Em tempo, é necessário que a empresa reconheça suas falhas entenda que o atendimento é a porta de entrada do negócio e se desfaça de burocracias desnecessárias para que não perca mercado, uma vez que existem imobiliárias digitais que sequer solicitam garantias locatícias.
Bad experience. In January 2021, I visited a property made available for rent by Vide, which I became interested in and made a proposal. The proposal was only returned after 3 days of collections from me, still with the answer that the owner of the property would not accept one of the most common types of rental guarantee, and I had questioned during the visit whether it would be accepted and only I was informed that not after the return of the proposal sent. I was not offered any other real estate options. I certainly won't be looking for that real estate again and I don't recommend it. In time, it is necessary for the company to recognize its flaws, understand that service is the gateway to the business and get rid of unnecessary bureaucracies so that it does not lose market, since there are digital real estate companies that do not even ask for rental guarantees.

We had (and we have) a very good experience with Vide and all the professionals involved in the leasing of our establishment. They are helpful and respect all the necessary steps in solving problems between us and the owner, they were excellent in the documentation process and every time we need something in relation to the property, they try to solve it in the best way. Congratulations team. Your service certainly explains the more than 35 years of history.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não aluguem pela Vide Imóveis. Existe apenas uma pessoa que faz inúmeros atendimentos. A proprietária cortou verba e os funcionários ficam sobrecarregaria e perdidos. Me gerou muito atraso e prejuízo na entrega do meu apartamento. Além de todo o estresse - informações passadas erradas, comprei coisa que não precisava, eles não centralizam o atendimento em um canal só… não me esclareceram o que eu realmente tinha que fazer pra entregar o apartamento em ordem a ponto de falarem que tinha que trocar o rodapé inteiro, me fazer comprar o material todo, e na última hora falarem que só precisaria em um canto específico. Me fez gastar dinheiro à toa com profissionais que precisaram ir no local mais de uma vez. Foi horrível de verdade, nunca, nunca mais. Eu entendo que é sempre um processo estressante, mas EM NENHUM MOMENTO eu tive apoio da Vide Imóveis, pelo contrário, apenas deboche e despreparo. Eu tenho interesse em comprar um imóvel da Patriani e vi que eles tão vendendo, MAS NUNCA que vou fazer com a Vide imoveis. Atendimento péssimo, horroroso. Se tem algum imóvel deles anunciado que vc queira, procure outra imobiliária pra ir atrás do imóvel, NÃO USE OS SERVIÇOS DA VIDE IMÓVEIS!!!!!
Do not rent through Vide Imóveis. There is only one person who makes numerous calls. The owner has cut funds and employees are overwhelmed and lost. It caused me a lot of delay and loss in the delivery of my apartment. In addition to all the stress - wrong information, I bought something I didn't need, they don't centralize the service in just one channel... they didn't clarify for me what I really had to do to deliver the apartment in order, to the point where they said it had to change the entire baseboard, make me buy all the material, and at the last minute they say that I would only need it in a specific corner. Made me spend money for nothing with professionals who needed to go to the site more than once. It was really horrible, never, never again. I understand that it is always a stressful process, but AT NO TIME did I have support from Vide Imóveis, on the contrary, it was just mockery and unpreparedness. I am interested in buying a property from Patriani and saw that they are selling, BUT I will NEVER do it with Vide real estate. Terrible service, horrible. If there is any property advertised that you want, look for another real estate to go after the property, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES FROM VIDE PROPERTY!!!!!
