Alegando que tinha atrasado, depois um outro funcionario falou que já estava na rua para entrega. Qd liguei o Alex nao quis me atender. Até que outra pessoa ligou e ele disse que nao tinha o produto. Ou seja. Pessima loja!!! Não recomendo.
Terrible. I was attended by Alex. He noted my order, did not deliver on the scheduled date or on other dates. Claiming that he was late, then another employee said he was already on the street for delivery. When I called Alex, he didn't want to answer me. Until someone else called and he said he didn't have the product. That is. Bad store !!! I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me senti muito constrangida, fui hoje (14/09/2020) procurando uma cadeira para home Office e o atendente muito mal educado, me disse que os preços estavam numa etiqueta minúscula, tenho baixa visão e não consegui enxergar, estava sem meus óculos, ele não quis me dizer os preços, e apontou duas cadeiras dizendo que eram as mais baratas, me senti constrangida estava com minha filha e me senti humilhada, eu não perguntei qual era a mais barata, eu queria levar a que gostei, poxa videmaq, treine melhor seus colaboradores, afinal cheguei na sua loja por indicação e saí dela humilhada e constrangida, não indico está loja pra ninguém. O ambiente e escuro os preços numa etiqueta minúscula que não ajudam pessoas que tem baixa visão e vendedores extremamente grosseiros, se pudesse dava zero pra vocês. ?.
I felt very embarrassed, I went today (09/14/2020) looking for a chair for home office and the very rude attendant, told me that the prices were on a tiny label, I have low vision and I couldn't see, I was without my glasses, he didn’t want to tell me the prices, and pointed to two chairs saying they were the cheapest, I felt embarrassed I was with my daughter and I felt humiliated, I didn’t ask which one was the cheapest, I wanted to take what I liked, hey videmaq, train your employees better, after all I arrived at your store by referral and left it humiliated and embarrassed, I do not recommend this store to anyone. The environment and dark prices on a tiny label that does not help people with low vision and extremely rude salespeople, if I could I would give you zero. ?.
