Esperei o retornoq do orçamento e como estavam demorando, fui atrás e me disseram que não valeria a pena o conserto porque havia queimado a tela. Retirei a T V de lá e fui atrás de outro profissional. Resumindo, minha TV está em casa, funcionando normalmente. O defeito eram apenas dos leds e não da tela. Ainda bem que ainda existem outros profissionais sérios e competentes em nossa cidade. Não recomendo a VideoSom pra ninguém. Decepcionado...
I took my LG Smart 43 TV for repair, believing in the experience, capacity and professionalism of this company. I waited for the return of the budget and as they were taking longer, I went back and they told me that it wouldn't be worth the repair because the screen had burned. I removed the TV from there and went after another professional. In short, my TV is at home, working normally. The defect was only in the LEDs and not the screen. Fortunately, there are still other serious and competent professionals in our city. I do not recommend VideoSom to anyone. disappointed...
