Cobrei duas vezes atendente Vitoria e disse que assim que o Evandro chegar na loja iria me dar um retorno pelo WhatsApp. Já faz duas semanas que espero o contato.
Comprei em outro lugar, pois se o atendimento está assim imagine instalação e entrega.

I paid twice for attendant Vitoria and said that as soon as Evandro arrives at the store he would give me a return via WhatsApp. I have been waiting for contact for two weeks.

Incompetent company, without commitment and responsibility to potential customers! I do not indicate! They weren't even competent to send a quote, let alone run a service... they don't know that it's OB (since 10/10 and not even a response) garbageoooooo company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento presencial péssimo, a atendente parece muito ocupada pra atender o cliente, e não é nada simpatica.
Não fazem orçamento à domicílio, você vai ter que se virar para tirar as medidas e mandar pra eles. Demora pra começar o serviço (mais de uma semana) pois não tem o material básico, um vidro simples transparente para janela de alumínio. Os instaladores foram simpaticos, porém não tinham a borracha correta pra estabilizar o vidro e improvisaram com silicone.
Terrible face-to-face service, the attendant seems too busy to serve the customer, and is not at all friendly.
They don't do home budgeting, you'll have to get around to take the measurements and send it to them. It takes time to start the service (more than a week) because it doesn't have the basic material, a simple transparent glass for aluminum windows. The installers were nice, but they didn't have the correct rubber to stabilize the glass and improvised with silicone.
