★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei um orçamento para a casa onde vou me mudar, fui até a casa no horario marcado e ninguém apareceu, precisei ligar relembrando que não morava no local e estaria lá apenas para resolver a questão do vidro. Por fim apareceu o rapaz para fazer o orçamento porém o agendamento foi apenas para 5 dias depois (vaga mais próxima na agenda). Fui até lá fiquei esperando novamente e ao ligar me disseram que não foram pois estava chovendo. Os vidros a serem trocados sao em área coberta e se quer me ligaram para remarcar ,fui até o imóvel a toa e por ironia, na chuva! Penso que se não podem cumprir com o que propõe não peguem o serviço. COMPLETA FALTA DE PROFISSIONALISMO. Obra parar em razão da chuva ok, mas não instalar vidro e nem dar satisfação pro cliente? Péssimo. Se pudesse, era zero estrelas.
I asked for a quote for the house where I am going to move, I went to the house at the scheduled time and no one came, I had to call reminding him that I didn't live there and would be there just to solve the glass issue. Finally the boy appeared to make the budget but the schedule was only for 5 days later (nearest place on the agenda). I went there and waited again and when I called they said they didn't go because it was raining. The glasses to be changed are in a covered area and if you want to call me to reschedule, I went to the property for nothing and ironically, in the rain! I think that if you cannot comply with what you propose, do not take the service. COMPLETE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. Work stop because of the rain ok, but do not install glass or give satisfaction to the customer? Terrible. If I could, it was zero stars.

I didn’t have a problem, I was very well attended, and I’ve done a lot of work with them now, if I have a dissatisfied client, I find this type of comment very annoying, but nobody is perfect and we have to be more patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ À primeira vista o atendimento parece ser excelente, mas a atendente ficou de me passar o orçamento e não passou. Ainda cobrei alguns dias depois e não obtive resposta. Uma pena.
Edit: Após minha reclamação no Google, os responsáveis vieram responder dizendo que meu orçamento está disponível na loja e que foi feita uma visita no meu imóvel. A empresa claramente não sabe de qual cliente está falando, pois não foi feita nenhuma visita no meu imóvel. Sinto muito se faltam pessoas para responder orçamento, mas para se preocupar com a reputação no Google são rápidos, pois fui respondida aqui em menos de uma hora. Talvez se focassem mais nos atendimentos haveriam menos pessoas reclamando aqui.
At first glance the service seems to be excellent, but the attendant was to give me the budget and did not. I still charged a few days later and got no response. A feather.
Edit: After my complaint at Google, those responsible came to respond saying that my budget is available at the store and that a visit was made to my property. The company clearly does not know which customer it is talking about, as no visit was made to my property. I'm sorry if there are no people to answer the budget, but to worry about reputation on Google, they are quick, as I was answered here in less than an hour. Perhaps if they focused more on attendance, there would be fewer people complaining here.
