★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobraram quatrocentos e pouco no vidro. Pra fazer um furo no vidro pra passar o fio cobraram mais R$ 200,00 (Duzentos reais). Depois vai dizer que tem crise. Não recomendo !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima essa Vidraçaria!! Mais de 1 ano me enrolando pra entregar um serviço, e mesmo assim não foram capazes! Primeiro a desculpa da pandemia, depois, só descaso e falta de profissionalismo! Não recomendo! Péssimo!! Se queimam por muito pouco!
Terrible this Glassware!! More than 1 year of stalling to deliver a service, and even then they weren't able to! First the pandemic excuse, then just neglect and lack of professionalism! I do not recommend! Terrible!! They burn very little!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento!!! Em menos de uma semana, marcaram comigo três vezes para um orçamento, ninguém compareceu e nenhuma satisfação,. Mesmo assim, as remarcações só ocorreram porque reiterei as solicitações. Pouco caso , falta de compromisso e desrespeito com o consumidor.
Terrible attendance!!! In less than a week, they made an appointment with me three times for a quote, no one came and no satisfaction. Even so, the markdowns only occurred because I reiterated the requests. Little case, lack of commitment and disrespect for the consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, mandei foto de dois vidros para porta e as respectivas medidas para orçamento. Não deu retorno e quando ligo não atende, chegou a atender uma ligação e desligou logo a seguir. Não sei como conseguem sobreviver com esse atendimento. Sai dessa que é furada.
Poor service, I sent a photo of two windows to the door and the respective budget measures. He didn't return and when I call he doesn't answer, he even answered a call and hung up right away. I don't know how they manage to survive with this service. Get out of the one that is pierced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me surpreendeu o atendimento dessa loja, estava com um problema no Box, o profissional foi ao local, e depois de 2 horas de trabalho ele solucionou meu problema, sendo que varias vidraçarias haviam condenado o Box, achei o trabalho honesto e o preço justo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente. Fujam dessa loja. Marquei orçamento e eles simplesmente não aparecem e nem ao menos ligam para o cliente para dar uma satisfação. Se para fazer um orçamento eles agem assim, imagina o serviço? Realmente não sei como sobrevivem com esse atendimento de péssima qualidade.
People. Run away from this store. I set a quote and they just don't show up and don't even call the customer to give a satisfaction. If they act like this to make a budget, can you imagine the service? I really don't know how they survive with this terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo trabalho, atendimento e cumprimento de prazo. De agosto até hoje 08 de novembro, aguardo o vidro de substituição da porta da varanda. Instalaram no trilho errado, o vidro com furação errada e quebraram o vidro fixo, não dando uma solução para o problema. Falam mentiras, enrolando o freguês.
Bad work, service and deadline. From August until today November 8th, I await replacement porch door glass. They installed the glass with the wrong holes on the wrong rail and broke the fixed glass, not providing a solution to the problem. They tell lies, tricking the customer.
