★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minha esposa estamos esperando eles desde semana passada que foi quando eles alegaram que iriam vir terminar o serviço que ficou pendente. Como já é de praxe não vieram, não deram nenhum tipo de explicação e ainda fizeram com que nos cancelássemos compromissos por estarmos esperando eles. Estamos cansados de cancelar compromissos esperando eles vieram colocar uma simples trava que custaria pouco tempo do dia deles, cansados de pagar por um serviço inacabado. Se não querem fazer ao menos devolvam nosso dinheiro e sejam íntegros. Não indico essa vidraçaria para ninguém, perderam mais um cliente pela falta de respeito e comprometimento. Uma estrela ainda é muito.
My wife and I have been waiting for them since last week, which was when they claimed they would come and finish the job that was pending. As is customary, they did not come, did not give any kind of explanation and even made us cancel appointments because we were waiting for them. We are tired of canceling appointments waiting for them to put a simple lock that would cost little time for their day, tired of paying for an unfinished service. If you don't want to do it, at least return our money and be honest. I do not recommend this window to anyone, they lost another customer due to lack of respect and commitment. A star is still too much.
