★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento no balcão é horrível, parece que estão fazendo um favor pra você. Marcaram entrega para um turno e não apareceram. Se puder comprar em outro lugar, certamente vai sofrer menos.
 Counter service is horrible, it looks like they're doing you a favor. They scheduled delivery for a shift and didn't show up. If you can buy elsewhere, you will certainly suffer less.

Really bad service, I don't know how it hasn't gone bankrupt. They never answer the phone and when they do it is just to hit the customer in the face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, não atendem o telefone nem o wpp meu pedido era simples de fazer e levaram 3 dias pra entregar. A única coisa que eu recomendo é curso de reciclagem pra todos lá até pro dono.
Terrible service, they don't answer the phone or the wpp, my order was simple to make and it took 3 days to deliver. The only thing I recommend is a refresher course for everyone there, even the owner.
