★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou um cliente antigo. O serviço é bom, mas se você precisar de alguma substituição (por erro deles), esqueça. Da última vez, comprei molduras para 9 quadros. Sete vieram com problemas (moldura mais larga que a desejada). Há mais de dois meses luto para receber os meus quadros. Faço cobranças diárias. Cansei! Terei que acionar o judiciário.
Não recomendo essa empresa pelo descaso absurdo com o cliente.
I am an old customer. The service is good, but if you need any replacement (by their mistake), forget it. Last time I bought frames for 9 frames. Seven came with problems (wider frame than desired). I have been fighting for over two months to receive my paintings. I make daily charges. I'm tired! I will have to turn on the judiciary.
Not recommend this company by absurd disregard for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peço que quem der valor ao próprio dinheiro não contrate esta empresa. Faz meses que contratamos e eles dizem que virão em um dia e não comparecem, sem dar justificativa. O serviço ficou incompleto por vício no produto e o dinheiro já estava na conta deles, mas cadê que consertaram? E eles visualizam o WhatsApp e não respondem! Quem não quiser ser enganado e tiver um péssimo atendimento, NÃO CONTRATEM ESSA EMPRESA OU IRÃO PERDER DINHEIRO!!
I ask that those who value their own money do not hire this company. We hired for months and they say they will come in one day and will not show up, without justification. The service was incomplete due to product addiction and the money was already in their account, but where did they fix it? And they view WhatsApp and don't respond! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagamos pela instalação de 2 boxes, 1 espelho e 1 janela. A princípio os boxes e o espelho foram instalados, mas a janela não. Ficou marcado para o dia 19 de agosto, no dia 21 o vidraceiro veio deixar a janela e falou que voltaria para instalar no dia seguinte as 8 horas da manhã. Até hoje ainda não foi feita a instalação e os vidros estão no chão da área de serviço. Ligamos para a loja e eles informam que estão sem funcionários e que teremos que aguardar. Pedimos urgência pois a prioridade era a janela. Estamos aqui sem expectativa da instalação, pois sempre que ligamos eles dizem que virão no horário da tarde, não aparecem e quando ligamos novamente eles prometem para o dia seguinte. Se soubesse que teria esse transtorno, teria procurado outra empresa.

It was scheduled for the 19th of August, on the 21st the glazier came to leave the window and said he would return to install the next day at 8 am. Não resolve o problema do cliente, não tem controle sequer dos próprios profissionais, que irão divergir do próprio dono (Josenildo). Paguei pra consertar minha porta de vidro e fez foi ficar pior. Começou um estralo forte. Ele se recusa a resolver. Por erro dos funcionários dele a mola encheu de água e enferrujou. Não orientou nada sobre forma de manutenção. Perdeu um cliente.
