Deixei uma lousa pra ser emoldurada, depois de 1 semana fui buscar e ela estava toda riscada. Falei do problema e eles me pediram mais 1 semana que iriam pinta-la e passar uma massa (risco estava profundo). Depois de mais uma semana voltei e eles "pintaram" com spray com brilho somente no local riscado! Conclusão: ficou pior do que estava! Me pediram mais 1 semana pra pintaram com tinta fosca ou fariam outra lousa.
Voltei depois de mais 1 semana (totalizando um mês) E..... estava do mesmo jeito!!!
Um descaso com o cliente, fui muito paciente, mais paciência tem limites!
Resumo: falei quanto paguei na lousa e pedi o reembolso somente da lousa. (Comprei ela em pedreira gastando combustível e pedágio , e idas e vindas pra tentar resolver o problema)
Não indico esse lugar pela falta de responsabilidade!
Terrible !!
I left a slate to be framed, after 1 week I went to get it and it was all scratched. I talked about the problem and they asked me for another week that they would paint it and put a dough (risk was deep). After another week I came back and they "painted" with spray with shine only in the scratched spot! Conclusion: it got worse than it was! I was asked for another week to paint with matte paint or make another slate.
I came back after another week (totaling one month) And ..... it was the same !!!
A neglect with the client, I was very patient, more patience has limits!
Summary: I said how much I paid on the blackboard and asked for a refund only on the blackboard. (I bought it in a quarry using fuel and tolls, and back and forth to try to solve the problem)
I do not recommend this place for the lack of responsibility!

I bought a bathroom stall. The value was 20% lower than in other glassworks in Campinas for the same product. The installation was carried out on the same day of the purchase, while in other places the terms varied between 7 to 20 working days. Service and work of the installers was very good.
