Fui até a loja solicitar um orçamento a moça que me atendeu informou que o responsável teria que ir ao local pegar as medidas e me passar o valor dos espelhos e da porta da varanda. Passei meus dados e endereço e o dono veio tirar as medidas. No final questionei se ele me passaria o orçamento no momento ou depois e ele extremante grosseiro falou que não vai até o local pra fazer o orçamento que era pra fechar o negócio. Que não gasta gasolina do carro dele pra isso. Estou extremamente chocada com a falta de tato com clientes. Não sei como uma pessoa dessa pode ter um negócio. Esse serviço não quero nem de graça. Pessoa mal educada e despreparada.

I don't even want this service for free. Rude and unprepared person.
