★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já vieram trocar um vidro da minha janela mas demoraram demais pra vir medir. Após a demora o trabalho foi concluído. Agora precisei de um espelho e fui lá numa sexta feira e marcaram visita pra segunda. Hoje é quinta e não ligaram e muito menos vieram. Acabei fechando com o concorrente pela falta de atenção com o cliente. O mínimo que deveriam ter feito era me ligar avisando que não poderiam vir. Total descaso. Graças a Deus devem ter bastante trabalho.
They have come to exchange a glass of my window but took too long to come measure. After the delay the work was completed. Now I needed a mirror and went there on a Friday and marked for the second visit. Today is Thursday and they didn't care and much less came. I ended up closing with a competitor for lack of attention to the client. The least they should have done was call me saying they couldn't come. Total disregard. Thank God they must have a lot of work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, mandei mensagem pelo WhatsApp e visualizaram mas não respondem de jeito nenhum, liguei no número de celular e também não atendem, isso sem contar com a outra vez anterior que solicitei um orçamento a mais de 2 meses atrás e nunca me passaram. Recomendo fortemente que procurem a vidraçaria Artimanha que fica na cidade Dutra pois o atendimento existe e é infinitamente melhor.
Sobre a resposta abaixo: nível de ansiedade e estresse da sua parte conforme você me explicou que sua mãe tem 74 anos e seu funcionário tem 4 filhos ( essa foi a desculpa inicial para a falta de resposta em minha mensagem enviada as 13:53 da sexta e respondida posteriormente na segunda), se há problema de falta de tempo, pessoas idosas, problema na execução de obras por conta da pandemia, ou funcionários com muitos filhos era muito simples: só ter respondido a mensagem na sexta mesmo escolhendo qualquer uma dessas citadas anteriormente para me informar pois eu não trabalho com bola de cristal. Quanto ao e-mail nunca recebi e faltou atenção da sua parte em me contatar para confirmar o recebimento do mesmo, ou seja, interesse zero em saber se o cliente foi informado corretamente, chamado feedback Comercial e atenção com quem tinha interesse em adquirir seus serviços. Sua longa resposta descondiz com o informado em mensagem de áudio explicando os "motivos" pela falta do Atendimento apenas após a minha avaliação no Google pressupondo que eu estaria estressado ou ansioso. Eis que a ansiedade e estresse é nitidamente esclarecida de forma equivocada ou implícita em ambos os momentos inclusive não citando as 3 ligações (sem retorno algum) que fiz no número informado para suposto contato que como informado só ocorreu devido a minha avaliação no Google tentando fazer com que pareça que tudo foi feito corretamente e que eu estaria querendo demais. Pra ficar mais bonito a avaliação. É nítido como q empresa tenta trabalhar com adivinhações ao fazer a menção de que as novas medidas não estariam fazendo efeito sobre minha vida ou que os meus no níveis de estresse e ansiedade estariam altos sem nunca ter me visto.

It is clear how the company tries to work with divinations when mentioning that the new measures would not be having an effect on my life or that mine in the levels of stress and anxiety would be high without ever having seen me.
