★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles estavam bem atenciosos, mandaram um instalador pra medir na minha residência. Mas eu com muitos clientes, não poderia tomar conta direito dos pedidos e eles me enviaram umas medidas no WhatsApp e inverteram os ambientes, sorte que eu lembrei de uma única medida do banheiro que tinha na cabeça, se não eu teria aprovado errado. Justamente deixei tudo na mão deles por falta de tempo, trabalhando dia e noite de verdade. Eu perguntei pra eles para confirmar certinho e que se eu tivesse pedido errado por um erro deles como seria ? Pedi pra confirmar certinho, pq eu estava com a cabeça a mil. E simplesmente não me responderam, por 2 vezes. E ficou assim, no ar!

 They were very attentive, they sent an installer to measure at my residence. But I, with many customers, couldn't take orders properly and they sent me measurements on WhatsApp and reversed the settings, so I remembered a single measurement of the bathroom I had on my head, otherwise I would have approved it wrong. I left everything in their hands for lack of time, working day and night for real. I asked them to confirm correctly and that if I had asked wrong for their mistake how would it be? I asked to confirm just right, because I had my head racing. And they just didn't answer me twice. And it was like that, in the air!

Deram prazo de 10 dias para realizar a confecção do vidro e após isso nunca mais responderam minhas mensagens. Liguei hoje para verificar, o Vincius atendeu e disse que me responderia pelo WhatsApp. Pasmem!!! Ele mandou a mensagem que o expediente tinha encerrado e simplesmente ignorou meu pedido de posicionamento.
I don't recommend this glass shop to anyone! Terrible attendance!!!
They gave a period of 10 days to make the glass and after that they never replied to my messages. I called today to check, Vincius answered and said he would answer me via WhatsApp. Amazing!!! He sent the message that work was over and simply ignored my placement request.
