Informamos sobre o erro no mesmo dia (13/12/2020) e a atendente disse que até o final daquela semana mandaria pegar o vidro. Estamos aguardando até hj (23/01/21). Entramos em contato diariamente e só ouvimos promessas de que eles resolverão o problema. Estamos sem o dinheiro e com um produto que não atende às nossas necessidades. Péssimo!!!!!!
Terrible! I do not recommend! Our order came in the wrong size. We informed about the error on the same day (12/13/2020) and the attendant said that by the end of that week she would send for the glass. We are waiting until today (01/23/21). We get in touch daily and only hear promises that they will solve the problem. We are out of money and with a product that does not meet our needs. Terrible!!!!!!
