Totally unprofessional, they didn't deliver on time and they didn't sand the glass when I went to get the aquarium. I cut my hand.

Não cumprem prazos, não atendem telefone e quando atendem e o assunto é alguma cobrança, eles pedem para aguardar e simplesmente desaparecem (Fiquei mais de 10 min aguardando eles na linha e nada, nem respondem que ainda estão lá, apenas ouço eles conversando no fundo).
Terrible attendance! Do not meet deadlines, do not answer the phone and when they answer and the matter is some charge, they ask to wait and simply disappear (I spent more than 10 minutes waiting for them on the line and nothing, nor answer that they are still there, just hear them talking in the background ).

São referência na região pelo tempo de atuação no mercado, mas pararam da década de 90, e se continuarem do jeito que estão, serão eternos amadores. Detalhe: Foi minha primeira compra no local a qual necessitei de entrega. Péssima experiência, nunca mais volto lá.
I do not recommend, because despite having a good price on certain items, do not meet deadline, poor service. They are a reference in the region for their time in the market, but stopped in the 90s, and if they continue the way they are, they will be eternal amateurs. Detail: It was my first purchase on site which I needed delivery. Bad experience, I'll never be back there.
