A terrible experience... which is still tormenting me almost 5 thousand reais of service... paid... with no end forecast, it's already been over 7 months.... my mother is already having problems because of all this mess. . hang up the phone so as not to answer agent .. terrible professional would not recommend anyone

After two months of the agreed service, I still have no forecast of when I will have my service done. Not even the contract I was to receive was sent to me. Anyway, 2 thousand reais that came out of my pocket and nothing yet.

COMBINEI DEPOIS DE ME ENTREGAREM O VALOR DO DINHEIRO PAGO OU OUTRA PORTA PARA UMA SALINHA E ATE HOJE NADA. IGNORAM WHATSAPP E LIGAÇOES, DESCASO TOTAL COM CLIENTE. IT WAS TO BRING THE DOOR AND WINDOW OF MY CLINIC IN FEBRUARY AND NOTHING, I HAD TO CONTRACT ANOTHER COMPANY TO DELIVER THE SERVICE AND PAY MORE EXPENSIVELY. I AGREED AFTER THE VALUE OF THE MONEY PAID OR ANOTHER DOOR TO A ROOM AND TODAY, NOTHING TODAY. IGNOR WHATSAPP AND CONNECTIONS, TOTAL CUSTOMER DISPATCH.
