Não tem pontualidade, não tem profissionalismo, péssimo atendimento, a pessoa que veio fazer o serviço não tem preparo!
The experience I had with this company was terrible, they didn't solve the problem of leakage in my box and the person who did the service scratched all my porcelain tiles with the drill. There is no punctuality, no professionalism, poor service, the person who came to do the service is unprepared!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos, me pediram 15 dias pra instalação de um box o que eu já achei muito tempo mas esperei com paciência e após vencer o prazo só apareciam com desculpas, fui paciente e de uma hora pra outra pararam de me responder, pior empresa com quem eu já tive o desprazer de lidar.
Terrible, they asked me for 15 days to install a box which I thought for a long time but I waited patiently and after the deadline they only showed up with excuses, I was patient and all of a sudden they stopped answering me, worst company with whom I can I already had the displeasure to deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechei serviço com essa mulher em 28 de agosto, comprei 3 janelas e trocaria a armação do meu box. Paguei 70% do valor a vista e o restante pagaria no dia da instalação, como meu pedreiro atrasou o serviço adiei a instalação para agora 04/12.
Aí onde começou o pesadelo...
No dia 03 ela me ligou falando q o carro deles havia quebrado que não conseguiriam me atende no dia seguinte, até ai ok! Afinal carro não avisa quando vai quebrar.
Queriam vir na quarta feira ás 19hrs aceitei, na quarta feira ás 18:45 ela me liga falando que vai atrasar pq estavam finalizando um serviço no Sumaré, pedi para deixar para sexta, na sexta nem sinal deles.
Apareceram no sábado às 19hrs, segundo eles haviam sofrido um acidente na sexta, instalaram as janelas porém faltou finalizar a vedação das mesmas e esqueceram as armações do box, na loja deles, que ontem descobri q essa loja não existe, no endereço que eles deixam no perfil do WhatsApp e no Google.
Para resumir soube q eles estão fazendo isso com um monte de gente, pega o dinheiro de um para finalizar do outro e assim vai.
Então desde terça feira não atendem telefone nem respondem mensagens. E estou eu aqui com serviço pela metade.
I closed a job with this woman on August 28, bought 3 windows and would change my box frame. I paid 70% of the amount in cash and the rest would be paid on the day of installation, as my bricklayer delayed the service, I postponed the installation to 12/04.
That's where the nightmare began...
On the 3rd she called me saying that their car had broken down that they would not be able to answer me the next day, until then ok! After all, the car doesn't tell you when it's going to break down.
They wanted to come on Wednesday at 7:00 pm I accepted, on Wednesday at 6:45 pm she calls me saying that she will be late because they were finishing a service in Sumaré, I asked to leave it for Friday, on Friday there was no sign of them.
They showed up on Saturday at 7 pm, according to them they had had an accident on Friday, they installed the windows, but they had to finish sealing them and they forgot the box frames, at their store, which I discovered yesterday that this store doesn't exist, at the address they leave on WhatsApp profile and Google.
To summarize, I heard that they are doing this with a lot of people, take the money from one to finish the other and so on.
So since Tuesday they don't answer the phone or answer messages. And here I am with half service.
