★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer o orçamento de box e mais algumas coisas e fui muito mal atendido por um senhor mal educado e sem paciência... Então não recomendo nem ir a essa empresa fazer orçamento visto que os preços e serviços em outras lojas são melhores...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fui pessoalmente levar uma impressão com a foto e todas as medidas e solicitei um orçamento. Liguei depois de 2 dias para perguntar e a atendente disse que precisaram fazer serviço fora e não tiveram tempo . O tom dela era como se eu estivesse pedindo um favor. Faz mais de um mês que fui lá e simplesmente não me passaram orçamento nem deram satisfação. Fico pensando que se pra conseguir um orçamento é assim, imagina para executar o serviço. Péssima experiência.
Eles responderam que não trabalhamos com impressões para fingirem mal entendido. A impressao a que me refiro é uma folha sulfite impressa com a foto das medidas da escada que eu queria colocar o vidro !!! Pedi um orçamento e levei todas as medidas numa foto que imprimi em.casa e solicitei um orçamento. Quando liguei para cobrar eu fui mal atendida no telefone , como se eu tivesse pedindo um favor . Ninguém me mandou o orçamento da ESCADA QUE PEDI PRA COLOCAR VIDRO!!! Segue abaixo as fotos da loja quando compareci e a IMPRESSÃO COM A FOTO DA ESCADA QUE SOLICITEI ORÇAMENTO E NAO FUI ATENDIDA
Terrible attendance. I personally took a printout with the photo and all the measurements and asked for a quote. I called after 2 days to ask and the attendant said they had to do work outside and didn't have time. Her tone was like I was asking for a favor. It's been over a month since I went there and they just didn't give me a budget or give me satisfaction. I keep thinking that if you want to get a budget this way, imagine to perform the service. Bad experience.
They replied that we do not work with impressions to pretend misunderstanding. The impression I am referring to is a sulfite sheet printed with the photo of the measurements of the stairs that I wanted to place the glass !!! I asked for a quote and took all the measurements in a photo I printed at home and requested a quote. When I called to collect I was poorly answered on the phone, as if I had been asking for a favor. Nobody sent me the budget for the LADDER I ASKED TO PUT GLASS !!! Below are the photos of the store when I came and the PRINT WITH THE PHOTO OF THE STAIRS I REQUESTED BUDGET AND WAS NOT ASSISTED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento de pós venda, já solicitei por várias vezes uma visita para manutenção e sempre dizem que vão agendar. Eu já fui na loja, meu marido já foi e é sempre a mesma coisa. Pegam seu telefone dizem que vão ligar pra marcar e nada.
Bad after-sales service, I have already requested a visit for maintenance several times and they always say they will schedule it. I already went to the store, my husband did and it is always the same. They pick up their phone and say they'll call to make an appointment and nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci a empresa em 2010 quando fiz uma excelente porta de correr serigrafada quadriculada. A melhor opção segundo minhas pesquisas na época. Em 2012 houve um acidente sem vitimas, felizmente, e a porta foi quebrada. Fiz a reposição e ficou perfeita novamente. Tive um atendimento muito bom. Uma amiga recentemente me pediu os dados da loja pra fazer uma cotação, pois também gostou muito do trabalho que viu aqui em casa. Fui procurar os recibos e já estou indicando a loja. Se precisar novamente é lá que irei com toda certeza.

A "Nova Qualidade" da New Quality inclui descaso do proprietário com o cliente porque sempre se diz ocupado e nunca atende o cliente quando se trata de uma insatisfação com o serviço prestado, os colaboradores pensam que o cliente não conhece a diferença entre peça anodizada e peça pintada a pincel, visualizam a mensagem recebida através do Whatsapp e só respondem se o cliente é insistente quando a sua intenção e reclamar a respeito do serviço prestado e toda esta atenção ao cliente custa o mesmo valor oferecido por outras empresas. Procure outra empresa, pelo mesmo custo não cometa o mesmo erro que eu cometi.
Unfortunate! New Quality's "New Quality" includes the owner's neglect of the customer because he is always busy and never serves the customer when it comes to dissatisfaction with the service provided, employees think that the customer does not know the difference between anodized and piece painted with a brush, they visualize the message received through Whatsapp and only respond if the customer is insistent when their intention is to complain about the service provided and all this customer care costs the same value offered by other companies. Look for another company, for the same cost, don't make the same mistake I made.

A visita para fazerem o orçamento de um espelho foi remarcada repetidas vezes, pois os funcionários não apareciam para a medição.
Quando enfim fizeram a visita, dei ok para o orçamento e a novela começou novamente. Marcaram a visita para medição diversas vezes e mais uma vez ninguém apareceu.
Hoje decidi ligar na empresa, pois nem as mensagens que enviei por último foram respondidas. E fui informada que a empresa não faria mais o meu espelho, pois estavam com diversos funcionário afastados!! Oi???? E não iam me avisar se eu não tivesse ligado?
Péssimo atendimento, não recomendo!

The visit to budget for a mirror was rescheduled repeatedly as employees did not show up for the measurement.
When they finally made the visit, I gave the budget ok and the soap opera started again. They scheduled the visit for measurement several times and again no one showed up.
Today I decided to call the company, as not even the messages I sent last were answered. And I was informed that the company would no longer make my mirror, as they had several employees on leave!! Hi???? And wouldn't they let me know if I hadn't called?
Poor service, I don't recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei uma cobertura retrátil em maio de 2021 a mesma foi instalada dentro do prazo determinado, mas um mês depois passou a apresentar vazamento e nos últimos 9 meses eu recebi o atendimento e a tentativa de vedação. Hj descobrimos q falta mais uma cantoneira, pois o de colocaram uma espuma não sustenta fortes chuvas e alaga a área de serviço. Faço essa avaliação como forma de chamar a atenção para a vedação da minha cobertura. Assim q for solucinada eu retirarei, mas se vc ainda está visualizando infelizmente o meu vazamentos permanece. Aguardo a i instalação de wuem sabe a ultima das cantoneiras .
I hired a retractable cover in May 2021, it was installed within the deadline, but a month later it started to leak and in the last 9 months I received the service and an attempt to seal it. Today we discovered that one more corner is missing, because the one they put a foam does not sustain heavy rains and floods the service area. I make this assessment as a way of drawing attention to the sealing of my roof. As soon as it is resolved I will remove it, but if you are still seeing it unfortunately my leaks remain. I await the installation of wuem knows the last of the angles.
