Contratei e paguei o serviço no dia 08/10/12 e somente vieram instalar os vidros no dia 24/10/12, depois de muito estresse e ligações diárias feitas por mim, cobrando a execução do serviço. Utilizam sempre a mesma desculpa: “amanhã iremos sem falta”,desmarquei compromissos e nada deles aparecerem e tampouco ligarem para dar alguma satisfação ..... Não recomendo, atendimento e serviço com péssima qualidade.
This company has no responsibility or commitment to its customers. I hired and paid for the service on 10/08/12 and only came to install the glasses on 10/24/12, after much stress and daily calls made by me, charging the execution of the service. They always use the same excuse: “tomorrow we will go without fail”, I have cleared appointments and none of them appear nor call to give any satisfaction ..... I do not recommend, service and service with poor quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, comprei paguei mais da metade do valor e tive que ficar cobrando durante 3 meses para concluir a instalação, sem responsabilidade nem uma. O atendimento na loja é muito bom, ótima atendente.
Bad company, I bought, I paid more than half of the value and I had to keep charging for 3 months to complete the installation, without any responsibility. The service in the store is very good, great attendant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Se quer ter dor de cabeça pode compre ai, péssimo atendimento e serviço. Fiz um pedido dia 25/11 e me disseram que no dia 26/11 tava pronto. Me enrolaram todo dia dizendo que ia entregar "amanhã", fui 3 vezes no local pra buscar o produto e e disseram q nao tava pronto. Até que hj dia 04/12 eu fui resolvido a pegar meu dinheiro de volta se n me entregassem o vidro. RESULTADO : não tava pronto, foram pegar numa vidraçaria vizinha. Ainda me entregaram o pedido errado. NÃO RECOMENDO NEM PRO MEU INIMIGO
Horrible. If you want to get a headache can buy there, terrible service and service. I made a request 25/11 day and told me that on 26/11 tava ready. They wrapped me up every day saying that I was going to deliver "tomorrow", I went 3 times to pick up the product and they said I wasn't ready. Until 12/12 I was resolved to get my money back if they didn't hand me the glass. RESULT: tava not ready, were caught in a nearby glazing. They still handed me the wrong order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND OR PRO MY ENEMY
