Se fosse um orçamento maior certamente teriam me respondido prontamente. Tipo de empresa que escolhe o cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei a vidraçaria Petrominas para instalar um espelho na parede da minha sala e avisei que havia um aparador de vidro, embaixo de onde o espelho ficaria, que não poderia sair pois estava um pouco descolado.
No dia da instalação, o espelho veio maior que a medida da parede e os instaladores cortaram e lixaram o espelho no meio da minha sala em vez de levar de volta (usaram minha tela da porta pra fazer o corte já que não trouxeram material adequado). Pra piorar, o instalador puxou o tampo do aparador pra usar de apoio e descolou ainda mais o aparador; como não conseguiram resolver disseram q voltariam no dia seguinte.
No segundo dia, lixaram mais o espelho e na hora de colar na parede, o instalador empurrou com a perna o aparador que caiu e quebrou por inteiro.
Disseram que Me ressarciriam pelo aparador quebrado, mas até agora( passados 2 meses) continuo aguardando, e ninguém me atende nem responde mais. Esperava um pouco mais de respeito por parte da vidraçaria.
I hired Petrominas to install a mirror on the wall of my room and told them that there was a glass sideboard, underneath where the mirror would be, that it could not come out because it was a little cool.
On the day of installation, the mirror came bigger than the wall measure and the installers cut and sanded the mirror in the middle of my room instead of taking it back (they used my door screen to make the cut since they didn't bring adequate material) . To make matters worse, the installer pulled the top of the sideboard to use support and took the sideboard even further; as they were unable to resolve said they would return the next day.
On the second day, the mirror was sanded more and when it was time to stick it on the wall, the installer pushed with his leg the sideboard that fell and broke completely.
They said that they would compensate Me for the broken sideboard, but even now (after 2 months) I am still waiting, and no one answers or responds to me anymore. I expected a little more respect from the glassmaker.

Me trataram mt bem antes da instalação, depois que quebraram uma peça minha começaram a me destratar e agora simplesmente me ignoraram. Fiquei no prejuízo, pois a peça que eles quebraram custa 4 x mais que o espelho que comprei.
Respondendo
Em primeiro lugar, meu aparador não estava "encostado na parede", até pq seria impossível um aparador todo de vidro permanecer em pe somente "encostado" na parede. Somente o tampo estava descolado e o instalador conseguiu descolar ainda mais qdo tirou o tampo do lugar.
2°- estou aguardando a reposição de minha peça desde fevereiro para q transfira o restante do serviço realizado.( cerca de $200,00). Valor esse muito menor q o de um aparador como o q foi quebrado.
3°- em nenhum momento a vidraçaria entrou em contato comigo para me dar uma satisfação. Enviei incontáveis mensagens e não obtive nenhuma resposta. Se existisse alguma resposta da vidraçaria eu nunca teria feito reclamação por aqui.
4°- Não estou acostumada a ser tratada da maneira como fui tratada.
5°- Não preciso mentir, graças a Deus não preciso usar deste artifício para conquistar as coisas.
Bad experience!

First of all, my sideboard was not "leaning against the wall", until it would be impossible for an all-glass sideboard to remain standing only "leaning" against the wall. Only the top was detached and the installer was able to take off even more when he removed the top of the place.
2nd - I am waiting for the replacement of my piece since February to transfer the rest of the service performed (about $ 200.00). This value is much lower than that of a sideboard like the one that was broken.
3 ° - at no time did the glassmaker get in touch with me to give me a satisfaction. I sent countless messages and got no response. If there was any response from the glass industry I would never have made a complaint here.
4 ° - I am not used to being treated the way I was treated.
5 ° - I do not need to lie, thank God I do not need to use this device to conquer things.

Paguei a metade do valor como sinal e no mesmo dia à tarde, a funcionária me ligou falando que o valor tinha sido reprovado pela produção, e que o valor ajustado era de 821 reais. Obviamente não fechei o negócio, pois o valor estava muito acima. De acordo com a lei do consumidor, eles deveriam entregar o produto pelo valor cobrado em orçamento mas a funcionária disse que seria descontado dela e eu preferi o estorno do que eu havia pago do que a dor de cabeça de entregarem um produto que não estivesse de acordo com as minhas exigências por conta deste transtorno.
