Liguei para a 'empresa' e consultei o profissional como eles poderiam me ajudar a resolver sobre o espelho do banheiro que estava descolando e gostaria de uma orçamento sobre a recolocação do mesmo ou a confecção de uma novo. Muito solícito, me disse que vira até o local com o equipamento adequado para remoção da peça e que me informaria valores e possibilidades. Em NENHUM momento me informou sobre a cobrança de uma "saída mínima" para remoção do espelho no valor de 120,00 (!!!) , caso eu não utilizasse o serviço deles para comprar o espelho. No local, muito atencioso, removeu o espelho e me passou valores, sendo que para reaproveitar a minha peça, o valor ficaria em 150,00. No dia seguinte, eu o informei que não iria fazer o serviço no momento. Daí, por fim, me informou que eu deveria pagar 120,00 pela visita e remoção da peça . Ora , claro que eu acho justo pagar pelo remoção e retirada do espelho, mas em nenhum momento - inclusive quando perguntei por telefone sua forma de trabalhar - fui informada do valor da visita de "saída mínima". Quer dizer que eles OMITEM essa informação com o valor do cliente caso não use o serviço deles e depois você tem que pagar o que eles querem ?? Me dispus a pagar o valor de 60,00 e ele não aceitou. Se eu não fui informada sobre essa cobrança, não sou obrigada a pagar o valor que exigem !!! Posso pagar o que eu acho justo (ou até não pagar, ora !) . Afinal, é um ABUSO omitir esse tipo de informação !!! Isso é TOTAL falta de transparência com o cliente. Profissionalismo passou longe.
Bad experience. I do not recommend. I called the 'company' and consulted the professional how they could help me solve the bathroom mirror that was taking off and I would like a quote about replacing it or making a new one. Very solicitously, he told me that he had come to the place with the proper equipment for removing the part and that he would inform me of values and possibilities. At NO time did he inform me about charging a "minimum exit" to remove the mirror in the amount of 120.00 (!!!), in case I did not use their service to buy the mirror. On the spot, very attentive, he removed the mirror and gave me values, and to reuse my piece, the value would be 150.00. The next day, I informed him that I was not going to do the job right now. Then, finally, he informed me that I should pay 120.00 for the visit and removal of the piece. Now, of course, I think it is fair to pay for the removal and removal of the mirror, but at no time - including when I asked her on the phone about her way of working - was I informed of the value of the "minimum exit" visit. You mean they MISS this information with the customer's value if you don't use their service and then you have to pay what they want ?? I was willing to pay the amount of 60.00 and he did not accept. If I was not informed about this charge, I am not obliged to pay the amount they demand !!! I can pay what I think is fair (or even not, why!). After all, it is ABUSE to omit this type of information !!! This is TOTAL lack of transparency with the customer. Professionalism has gone a long way.
