★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foram bons, mas não atende telefone vizualiza Whatsapp mas não responde, fiquei insistindo quase um mês mas não nós atendeu, não recomendo só fica na conversa qdo pessoalmente mas não cumpre ficaram péssimos.
 They were already good, but they don’t answer the phone, but Whatsapp doesn’t answer, I kept insisting for almost a month but we didn’t answer, I don’t recommend just staying in the conversation when they do it in person, but they don’t comply.

Quality service. They only sin in the service, they are attentive but everything a little confusing, they keep returning and do not return. If you stay on top you get a good result. Hard to get the phone answered!

Minha família e eu sempre levamos serviços ao local, infelizmente em determinada data solicitei que fizessem 2 quadros para certificados meus,
A vidraçaria não aceitava cartão na época, não pude pagar. então
quando retornei para acerto não encontraram meu quadro e certificados, decepcionado contatei durante inúmeras vezes via zap.. e não obtive respostas.
sou morador do bairro e e ainda a sandra responsável do local disse que tiveram uma inundação e que não sabia onde estava meus certificados..
inundação no bairro em que eu cresci? meu Deus.. não entendi..
Até hoje não recebo respostas sobre meus certificados, muito menos uma uma posição..
quando entro em contato para cotação de serviços é bem rápido mais para saber de meu certificado não recebo respostas,
acionei os orgãos responsáveis e aguardo resposta da vidraçaria.
Acredito que transparencia seria o mínimo aceitavel.

My family and I always take services to the place, unfortunately on a certain date I asked them to make 2 frames for my certificates,
The glass shop didn't accept cards at the time, I couldn't pay. then
when i returned to settle they did not find my board and certificates, disappointed i contacted numerous times via zap .. and got no answers.
I am a resident of the neighborhood and still the responsible sandra of the place said that they had a flood and that I did not know where my certificates were.
flood in the neighborhood where I grew up? my god .. i don't understand ..
To this day, I don't receive answers about my certificates, much less a position.
when I get in touch for service quotations it is very quick more to know about my certificate I do not receive answers,
I activated the responsible bodies and await a response from the glassworks.
I believe that transparency would be the minimum acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já vi muito serviço ruim mas igual ao de vcs, NUNCA tinha visto. Fechei o serviço e estou a quinze dias aguardando virem tirar as medidas. Nesses 15 dias já liguei várias vezes, me prometem que vem e nada. Na última vez falei com a Sandra que ficou de me retornar em seguida para me dar uma posição e mais de 72h depois nada. Seria mais honesto dizer que não querem fazer o serviço do que ficar enrolando.
I've seen a lot of bad service but just like you guys, I’ve NEVER seen it. I closed the service and I'm waiting for fifteen days to come and take the measurements. In those 15 days I have already called several times, I am promised to come and nothing. The last time I spoke with Sandra who was to return to me afterwards to give me a position and more than 72 hours later nothing. It would be more honest to say that they do not want to do the job than to be idle.
