★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha o atendimento me desejou a contentar pq eu paguei a vista e levei as medidas certas ele que anotou errado e tbem não cumpriu o atendimento pq disse que me ligaria qdo estivesse pronto.agora se a política da empresa e não ligar devia ter avisado.ja fiz vários serviços aí e nunca fui tão mal atendida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, falei em uma segunda feira com Sirlene por telefone. A mesma me passou whatsapp dela para eu mandar o serviço que eu gostaria de um orçamento. Por diversas vezes mandei mensagens lembrando a mesma sobre o orçamento, todas as mensagens visualizadas e nenhum sinal de resposta.
Um descaso total.
Horrible, I spoke on a Monday with Sirlene over the phone. She sent me her whatsapp so I could send the service that I would like a quote for. Several times I sent messages reminding her about the budget, all messages viewed and no sign of a reply.
A total neglect.

Orlando fez orçamento pessoa atenciosa educada. Ofereci dar um sinal antes da execução ele disse que nao precisava era só oagar na hora. Como o combinado fui até a casa esperei. Liguei até a loja e não haviam nem cortado ainda meu espelho.pois eu nao havia pago. Eu expliquei que só pagaria quando visse a equipe ja atrasada chegando na obra...a senhora cirlene disse nao ser política da empresa cortar o espelho sem pagamento. Sendo que eu havia oferecido dar o sinal. Expliquei que assim como ela tmbm tenho pessimas experiências de prestação de serviço. Mas ela disse ser a dona e política dela. Enfim fiz com padial agudos. Faltou educação simpatia respeito pelo combinado.
My experience was terrible
Orlando made a budget educated person. I offered to give a signal before the execution, he said he didn't need to just listen at the time. As agreed, I went to the house and waited. I called the store and they hadn't even cut my mirror yet. I explained that I would only pay when I saw the team already late arriving at the work ... the Cirlene lady said that it is not the company's policy to cut the mirror without payment. Since I had offered to give the signal. I explained that just like her, I also have very bad experiences in providing services. But she said she was her owner and politician. Anyway I did with treble paddles. Education lacked sympathy respect for the deal.
