Não cumprem com prazo estipulado.
Comprei vitrô, porta e espelho, dei a entrada dia 11 de outubro de 2021,o prazo de entrega era até 15 dias úteis, quando veio instalar, dia 25 De novembro, instalou somente o vitrô e ainda não foi o modelo combinado.A porta mediram errado e me pediram mais prazo para fabricar ,era prazo e mais prazo ...finalizaram minha instalação dia 03 de dezembro e a película da minha porta ficou com bolhas...NÃO INDICO PARA NINGUÉM!!!!

I bought a glass window, door and mirror, I checked in on October 11, 2021, the delivery period was up to 15 working days, when it came to install, on November 25, it only installed the glass window and it was not yet the combined model. The door they measured wrong and asked me for more time to manufacture, it was time and more time...they finished my installation on December 3rd and the film on my door was blistered...I DON'T INDICATE TO ANYONE!!!!

Além do atraso na entrega, em uma das instalações deixou um vidro do box encostado em uma parede, sem nenhuma segurança, qualquer pessoa ou animal poderia esbarrar e deixar o vidro cair. O box foi mal instalado e se encontra quebrado, já enviei diversas mensagens solicitando para que venham fazer o reparo e eles falam que vão vir mas não aparecem.
Lack of respect and commitment of this company towards the customer. I emphasize the names of Andressa and Anderson who assisted me. In addition to the delay in delivery, in one of the facilities he left a glass of the shower against a wall, without any security, any person or animal could bump and let the glass fall. The box was poorly installed and is broken, I have already sent several messages asking them to come and do the repair and they say they will come but they don't appear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se estiver procurando uma empresa para ter dor de cabeça, acabou de encontrar. Não cumprem prazo de entrega, não cumprem prazo de instalação, meus vidros vieram com as medidas erradas por 2 vezes, fizeram a instalação que apresentou diversos pontos de vazamento. Não adianta reclamar pq não atendem, enfim, só dor de cabeça.
Deveria ter a opção de dar zero estrelas, não recomendo para ninguém ?
If you're looking for a company to give you a headache, you've just found it. They don't meet the delivery deadline, they don't meet the installation deadline, my glasses came with the wrong measurements twice, they did the installation that showed several leak points. It's no use complaining because they don't answer, anyway, just a headache.
Should have the option to give zero stars, I don't recommend it to anyone ?
