★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra no ano passado, e houveram atrasos, mas nada que comprometesse o serviço. A qualidade realmente é incrível e a instalação foi ótima. Porém fiz a compra de alguns espelhos em dezembro, com a entrega prevista para a segunda quinzena de janeiro e só entregaram no mês de março! Acredito que eles tenham tido problemas e que os atrasos tenham justificativa, houve falha de comunicação. Mas os produtos realmente são muito bons!
I made a purchase last year, and there were delays, but nothing that compromised the service. The quality is really amazing and the installation was great. But I bought some mirrors in December, with delivery scheduled for the second half of January and they only delivered in March! I believe that they had problems and that the delays are justified, there was a lack of communication. But the products are really very good!

A falta de se comprometimento foi só comigo ? fiz a compra de um box e um espelho para minha sala, o box foi super rápido para entrega, instalação ótima até ai ok! o espelho tinha mais alguns dias úteis para ser entregue blz.. passou-se quase 3 meses para que pudessem entregar, isso meu esposo ligando todos os dias para a proprietária. Resolvemos fazer mais uma compra com eles pois facilitam muito a forma de pagamento, o prazo eram de 15 dias úteis, mais uma vez não foi cumprido, eu ficava ligando cobrando pois havia pago e estava precisando do produto, afinal o prazo já havia acabado. Pois bem na ultima segunda terça feira estava agendado para entrega, simplesmente não apareceram, tenho todas as conversas com essa Senhora, em nenhum momento faltei lhe com respeito a ela, simplesmente estava cobrando o que me era de direito, no final da tarde ela ligou para meu esposo chorando, falando que eu havia lhe dito coisas absurdas, Tudo MENTIRA, pois só estava cobrando o meu produto. Fiquei indignada com a falta de profissionalismo dessa pessoa, pois pois não disse nada do que foi falado para meu esposo. enfim decidimos dar uma ultima CHANCE que seria para entregar hoje 04/02/2022. No começo do dia ela apenas devolveu o dinheiro e não deu uma satisfação, e meu tempo perdido? e os estresses no qual me foram causados? Achei um absurdo. EMPRESA PROFISSIONALISMO, SEM COMPROMISSO COM OS CLINTES.

Was the lack of commitment just me? I bought a box and a mirror for my living room, the box was super fast for delivery, great installation so far ok! the mirror had a few more business days to be delivered blz. It took almost 3 months for them to deliver, my husband calling the owner every day. We decided to make another purchase with them because they make the payment method much easier, the deadline was 15 working days, once again it was not met, I kept calling charging because I had paid and I needed the product, after all, the deadline was over. Well, last Monday Tuesday it was scheduled for delivery, they just didn't show up, I have all the conversations with this lady, at no time did I fail her with respect to her, I was simply charging what I was entitled to, at the end of the afternoon she called to my husband crying, saying that I had told him absurd things, Everything LIE, because I was only charging my product. I was indignant at the lack of professionalism of this person, because I didn't say anything about what was said to my husband. finally we decided to give it one last CHANCE that would be to deliver today 04/02/2022. At the beginning of the day she just returned the money and didn't give a satisfaction, what about my wasted time? and the stresses in which I was caused? I found it absurd. COMPANY PROFESSIONALISM, WITHOUT COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMERS.
