Escolhi uma moldura mais cara e antes de ficar pronta troquei por uma mais em conta, foi me cobrado o valor da mais cara com a desculpa de que seria a taxa de entrega, mas a taxa nunca havia sido mencionada antes, tanto que fui informada inicialmente que se eu comprasse sem a moldura a instalação e entrega seria grátis. Agora comprei com moldura e tem taxa?? Não fiquei satisfeita e senti que fui passada para trás, sou mt correta e acho que o certo é certo.O atendimento deixou muito a desejar.
The mirror is good, but the service left something to be desired. I chose a more expensive frame and before it was ready I exchanged it for a cheaper one, I was charged the value of the most expensive one with the excuse that it would be the delivery fee, but the fee had never been mentioned before, so much so that I was initially informed that if I bought without the frame the installation and delivery would be free. Now I bought with frame and there is a fee?? I was not satisfied and I felt that I was left behind, I am very correct and I think that the right thing is right. The service left a lot to be desired.
