★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é demorado, o tempo de espera é fora de sério. Pós venda que é um absurdo, realizei a instalação de um retrovisor a presentou problema, " garantia" já faz 30 dias que estou com retrovisor quebrado e até agora não consegui trocar, alegam que está aguardando chegar.
O veículo esta com um item de segurança com problema devido a demora.
Não recomendo.
The service takes a long time, the waiting time is very serious. After sales, which is absurd, I installed a rearview mirror, it had a problem, "warranty" for 30 days that I have a broken rearview mirror and so far I have not been able to change it, they claim it is waiting to arrive.
The vehicle has a security item with a problem due to the delay.
I do not recommend.

A VIDRAUTO AMC foi a primeira oficina que não me cobrou a chamada “taxa ou valor” para troca de uma tal guarnição…
Em TODAS as oficinas anteriores que fui atendido, cobraram essa taxa…
Na VIDRAUTO AMC foi cobrado exatamente o valor passado pela seguradora e olha que eu já havia trocado o pára-brisa desse mesmo veículo anteriormente tendo que pagar a tal taxa em uma outra oficina…

VIDRAUTO AMC was the first workshop that did not charge me the so-called “rate or value” to exchange such a trim…
In ALL the previous workshops I attended, they charged this fee...
At VIDRAUTO AMC, the exact amount paid by the insurance company was charged and, look, I had already changed the windshield of that same vehicle before, having to pay the fee at another garage...

Very fast service from the glassworks. I went to do an inspection for the insurance and I was very well attended! I worked nearby and I needed a super simple service on my rear view mirror and they were very attentive.
