★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com essa loja não foi nada boa , comprei uma bancada de vidro no dia 12 de agosto, me informaram que ertregariam no dia 18 de agosto, porém não entregaram, vieram outro dia sem me avisar e não conseguiram colocar por conta disso, a uns 10 dias vieram novamente para colocar e viram que o tamanho do vidro foi calculado errado, voltaram com o vidro e cortaram no tamanho certo, na hora de colocar, viram que as mão francesas deles não eram suficientes precisava comprar mais uma, comprei, mesmo assim as mão francesa não aguentou o peso do vidro, me falaram que precisam de mãos francesas maiores. Bom... vai fazer um mês que eles combinam prazos comigo e não cumprem. Ainda estou aqui no aguardo com minha casa toda bagunçada e eles não concluem o serviço. Então recomendo que se procuram bom serviço e organização, não façam o serviço com eles.
 My experience with this store was not good, I bought a glass countertop on August 12th, they informed me that they would deliver on August 18th, but they didn't deliver, they came the other day without telling me and they couldn't put it on account of that, about 10 days they came again to put it in and saw that the size of the glass was calculated wrong, they came back with the glass and cut it in the right size, when putting it in, they saw that their French hands were not enough I needed to buy one more, I bought it, even so the French hands couldn't take the weight of the glass, they told me they need bigger French hands. Well ... it's going to be a month since they set deadlines with me and they don't meet. I'm still waiting here with my house all messed up and they don't finish the job. So I recommend that if you are looking for good service and organization, do not do the service with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito caro os serviços. Serviço de baixa qualidade. Quando calcula o valor do serviço aumenta o tamanho da moldura dizendo que é pra perdas e arredonda o tamanho do vidro e do eucatex em meio centímetro. É um abuso essa prática.
Very expensive services. Low quality service. When calculating the value of the service, it increases the size of the frame saying it is for losses and rounds the size of the glass and eucatex in half a centimeter. This practice is an abuse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não posso dizer que o atendimento é péssimo pois nem atendida fui, cheguei ao local para me informar se tinham o que estou procurando, tinha 3 pessoas dentro da loja mas não me deram atenção, não me perguntaram o que eu queria, so ficaram conversando entre eles (na realidade discutindo) me senti um nada sai e fui a loja que há na frente, nunca mais irei nesta loja e também direi aos meus amigos para não irem lá .
I can't say that the service is terrible because I wasn't even attended, I arrived at the place to let me know if they had what I'm looking for, there were 3 people inside the store but they didn't pay attention, they didn't ask me what I wanted, they just kept talking between they (actually arguing) I felt like nothing left and I went to the store in front, I will never go to this store again and I will also tell my friends not to go there.
