Pagamento adiantado, serviço incompleto e atrasado. O proprietário Joaquim e atendentes, ignoram nossas ligações e mensagens e não dão sequer uma satisfação. Fomos diversas vezes ao estabelecimento e é impressionante como sempre eles têm uma desculpa nova. Não recomendaria nem para um inimigo. Sem palavras palavras para descrever um sentimento.
The worst glazing I've ever seen !!!!
Prepayment, incomplete and late service. The owner Joaquim and attendants, ignore our links and messages and do not even give a satisfaction. We went several times to the property and it is amazing how ever they have a new excuse. I would not recommend either to an enemy. Without words words to describe a feeling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento que deixa mto a desejar . Encomendei um espelho numa quarta feira com promessa de entrega no sábado , confirmei a medida na quinta feira pelo WhatsApp . Recebi o orçamento e aceitei . Porém após isso não recebi o espelho e também não fui mais atendida , ou simplesmente minha ligação era rejeitada . E também não tive nem resposta pelo WhatsApp . Muita falta de profissionalismo . O Sr que me atendeu no dia que fui até o estabelecimento anotou meu pedido , porém nem me deu uma satisfação do porque da NÃO entrega do espelho. Por isso classifico o atendimento como PESSIMO .
Service that leaves much to be desired. I ordered a mirror on Wednesday with a promise of delivery on Saturday, confirmed the measure on Thursday by WhatsApp. I received the budget and accepted it. However, after that, I did not receive the mirror and I was no longer answered, or my call was simply rejected. And I didn't even get an answer on WhatsApp either. Much lack of professionalism. The Mr who attended me the day I went to the establishment took my order, but he didn't even give me a satisfaction as to why the mirror was NOT delivered. That is why I classify the service as PESSIMO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem as ligações, não cumprem com o prazo, literalmente não estão nem aí para o cliente pois sequer comunicam o pq da demora. Desrespeito total!
They don't answer the calls, they don't meet the deadline, they literally don't care about the customer because they don't even communicate the reason for the delay. Total disrespect!

Cobra antecipadamente e fica enrolando dizendo que a fábrica não está entregando o material.
Tem um ano que colocou a porta de vidro no meu estabelecimento e não voltou pra colocar as borrachas das molduras e terminar de fechar o vão

Sinceramente não sei como consegue sobreviver

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Serviço mal feito. O box ficou torto a ponto de a porta não fechar direito. Ao reclamar com os montadores os mesmos disseram para eu entrar em contato com a loja e se fosse necessário (ou seja, se o chefe mandasse) eles voltariam pra arrumar. Quando fui até a loja o proprietário foi grosseiro. Mal comecei a relatar o problema ele sacou um bolo de cheques do bolso e disse "Se quiserem eu devolvo os cheques e resolvo o problema. Depois meu pessoal passa na sua casa para retirar o que foi feito". Posteriormente fui a uma outra loja de boxes para procurar alguém para resolver o problema. Quando comecei a relatar o ocorrido o atendente já logo perguntou: "Vocês instalaram com a Vidrokim? Eles são famosos na cidade por trabalharem assim". Resumindo, eu procurei o menor preço e me ferrei. O melhor exemplo de barato que sai caro. Fujam desse lugar.
Terrible. Poorly done service. The stall was bent to the point that the door did not close properly. When I complained to the assemblers, they told me to contact the store and if it was necessary (that is, if the boss ordered it) they would come back to fix it. When I went to the store the owner was rude. As soon as I started to report the problem, he took a check cake out of his pocket and said "If you want, I will return the checks and solve the problem. Then my people will stop by your house to collect what was done". Later I went to another box store to look for someone to solve the problem. When I started to report what happened, the attendant immediately asked: "Did you install with Vidrokim? They are famous in the city for working like this". In short, I looked for the lowest price and screwed myself. The best example of cheap that comes out expensive. Get away from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar Péssimo,levei um quebra cabeça para enquadrar no dia 13/05, eles disseram que era um serviço rápido, o sr que trabalha lá, não sei se é o dono, vou chama-lo de J, superrr sem educação, e cada vez que eu ia buscar o "quadro" dava uma desculpa, ora faltava a borracha, ora faltava o alumínio, cheguei a ir lá e esse tal de J me disse que já tinham saído para entregar na minha casa, ai eu disse que iria ficar lá esperando minha irmã confirmar que tinha chegado lá em casa, passou 10 min ele veio dizendo que o quadro estava lá ainda, que não tinha dado tempo de fazer, Naquela idade e Mentiroso, que coisa feia, por fim, hoje é dia 31/05 e eu fui lá buscar o quebra cabeça, disse que queria de volta ou chamaria a policia aí me devolveram e adivinhem, sem terem feito o quadro, trouxe de volta do mesmo jeito que levei, ohhh arrependimento e estress
