Faz 3 meses que estou aguardando um retorno e nada.
Muito descaso com o cliente.
My experience was terrible, I bought a mirror for the bathroom, it came scratched and until today they haven't changed, I send messages and don't respond.
I have been waiting for a return for 3 months and nothing.
Much neglect with the customer.

EDSON (EDINHO) NEM SE QUER RESPONDE QUANDO COBRO O RETORNO DELE, MINHA SACADA ESTA TODA MOLHADA ,VAZANDO POR CAUSA DA CHUVA E ELE NAO ME DA UM RETORNO, FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CLIENTE.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE SEPTEMBER FOR THEM TO FINISH MY BALCONY AND TODAY NOTHING, I PAID ALL THE SERVICE AND MR. EDSON (EDINHO) DOESN'T WANT TO ANSWER WHEN I CHARGE HIS RETURN, MY BALCONY IS ALL WET, LEAKING BECAUSE OF THE RAIN AND HE DOESN'T GIVE ME A RETURN, LACK OF RESPECT WITH THE CUSTOMER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu vidro caiu, estou com a sacada molhada, meu cachorro já cortou a patinha no alumínio... já vieram uma vez e não resolveram... estou desde Setembro tentando contato, com a esposa brava, a sacada sempre molhada e o vento forte entrando em casa. Não tem como recomendar. Até agora não trouxeram a NF... tentei não ir para este lado, mas terei de ir no PROCON, pois o descaso do Sr. Edson (Edinho) me deixou ainda mais indignado. Vidro não fecha, vidro solto do guia, vidro caído... só lamento!
My glass fell, my balcony was wet, my dog already cut his paw on the aluminum... they came once and they didn't solve it... I've been trying to get in touch since September, with my angry wife, the balcony always wet and the strong wind entering the house. There's no way to recommend it. So far they haven't brought the NF... I tried not to go this way, but I'll have to go to PROCON, because Mr. Edson (Edinho) neglect made me even more indignant. Glass won't close, glass loose from the guide, glass fallen... I'm just sorry!
